Amazing experience. Team are so friendly and atmosphere was absolutely n top. This was so cool we see so many dolphins and get to swim with them. You definitely should try it. This team is professional.

This tour was awesome!!! Whenever we stopped for the dolphin drop everyone helped me, I want to thank the driver of the boat and Tim and Elaina for helping me when I was scared to get off of the boat! (Brayden wrote this)

Very informative and kind group of people, lots of dolphins and turtle sightings. Very clean and professional boat. Water slide was good and fast

Not organised Over priced Lack of swim time Crap lunch Overcrowded Boat not fit for purpose Paid top dollar for this 'experience', thinking that it was a must to do while in Hawaii and one of those life changing experiences. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Very disorganised company. Met at the meeting point at 5.50am as required... did not leave until after 6.30am. Shuttle bus and bus arrived...Grumpy photographer girl demanded receipt to see which bus we were on, but the receipt doesn't list the boat name so really didn't have a clue and she walked off... finally boarded last on the shuttle after the lovely driver said I think you are on my shuttle... think his name was Abi, nice guy very quietly spoken. Got to the marina at Waianae and we all unloaded and were being debriefed by one guy, and then a lady came and talked over him.. so very confusing as to what boat you were actually on and what to do as two cruises run at the same time. Then demanded by this lady to see waiver on my phone ... but why didn't she check that in her records? And why be so rude? Storms over the weekend meant that the sea had a bit of a swell ... 50 people plus crew on the boat, so quite crowded... at least a quarter were throwing up or green and not feeling well ... cant do much about that but the boat didn't cut through the waves well at all. Doors on the toilets don't open properly so you need to bang on these to try and get out ... you are warned about it, but still not cool. Spent hours motoring around in the swell looking for dolphins... lucky enough to see whales in the distance.. but due to the swells didn't really get within 500metres. Didn't jump in the water with dolphins due to the waves and safety conditions, which is understandable. Finally went to a lagoon to do snorkling... no visibility at all and was only allowed 45 minutes to jump in the water, use the slide and whatever. Husbands snorkel mask did not work which they put down to his facial hair.. but our snorkel back home works fine! Lunch is a sandwich with a packet of corn chips.. so don't get excited about lunch... hot chocolate was great though. Received email link for photos but they are completely covered in watermarks so you cant really see the photos... There was no cruise booked after ours... so why not be customer friendly and ask if people want to swim / stay for longer? If cruises had been postponed or cancelled in the previous days why not check the conditions before going? Offering a 50% discount on booking again is lovely but why did we go in the first place? And why book again if the conditions are going to be similar? Completely understand that no one can control the weather conditions, water visibility and that dolphins can't always be found on the day. Safety is paramount when dealing with the sea but seriously a total waste of time and money. Crew on the boat were friendly, fun and great to be around but have been in bigger waves back home with no nausea at all. If you had postponed the cruise, or allowed us to swim longer or just had more customer focus then maybe this would have been memorable for the right reasons..

I’m a Canadian travel agent and I will tell everyone I book going to Oahu to go on this tour. It was incredible and one of the best parts of our trip. The staff were caring, kind and genuinely invested in our happiness while we were on board. You could feel that they love what they do and wanted to share it. We saw many turtles, a variety of fish and countless dolphins. Thank you so very much for everything! My kids( 5 & 9 )and I will cherish these memories forever!

I am a self admitted non open water person and have to say it was amazing!!!! We swam with turtles and dolphins and saw a whale en route. The crew was so personable yet so professional and I felt comfortable the entire time with their experience and concern for our safety. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great excursion! We saw dolphins, whales, swam with fish, turtles, got lunch, went on the slide and paddle boards. Great and friendly staff as well. Great deal!
