What an incredible experience, we loved our entire experience. The tour was so informative and well ran, with all the hundreds of people that pass through its doors. I had knee replacement surgery 4 months prior and all the staff were very understanding of others. We never felt rushed or pushed aside for being a bit slower. The mansion is beautiful and exquisite, we highly recommend to have on your bucket list. You’ll see TCB with a lighting bolt, Elvis’s saying “taking care of business in a flash”. The value for the price was worth it, lots to see and learn!

Excellent Fantastic. Wouldn’t order peanut butter banana bacon sandwich! Bacon was soft ready made bacon blah! The trip was really fun. All host were friendly and bus driver awesome and very helpful

Loved it there. However, as with a lot of tours, there's never enough time and we felt rushed. The coach was good, the guide was good, lovely video on the journey. Tupelo is beautiful - both Elvis' birthplace and town. Lunch was good, but took ages which may have taken up some of our time. Lovely to see where Elvis got his first guitar. When you've come all that way, it needs more time to be able to enjoy it, otherwise would have given five stars.

This was part of a country music tour I was on from Ireland last October. This was a dream of mine from the time I was young to see Gracelands. Our tickets were for 3pm in the afternoon and there was a bus load of 50 people. When we came out about 5pm everything was closing up including the restaurants. It states a tour is upto 3 hours so be aware that it closes sharp early. I was a bit downhearted coming out of it as I felt while it was lovely seeing Gracelands and all the museums it left me feeling a bit empty. I have been thinking about it why I felt like this and for me the introduction to Gracelands is very bad. You are brought in first to a room to look at a video about Elvis first before being transported across the road in a bus to Gracelands. I feel the staff are not interacting well with the people chatting to each other and on their phones. The few days before that we had a guided tour of Studio B and for me that was where Elvis was brought to life by the fantastic guide Ron. If there was a good introduction to Gracelands with the staff interacting with the people it would be a lot more interesting. Tickets for last tour should be sold only til 2pm to give people the time to experience it better. Morning tickets would be better.

We took the ultimate VIP tour which lasts around 3 hours. It is quite a lot of money but we found it well worthwhile as our guide ( John ) was superb. His knowledge of Elvis history is immense. If you are visiting Memphis this is an experience not to be missed.

Nice trip great things to see. Only downfall no where to get a drink until lunch. The museum and property where the house is very nice. Bring your own drinks

I came to Graceland for the fourth time and again it was worth traveling here from the Netherlands. 1 day is too short to see everything properly. The house, the planes, cars, jumpsuits, gold records and all other exhibits are enough to delve into Elvis history and life for hours on end. But the meditation garden is still the highlight of the day. The peace this gives is indescribable. Fortunately, every morning there is the opportunity to walk up through the garden to the meditation garden. Hopefully this wasn't the last time I visited Graceland.

Really enjoyed looking around the mansion. The other areas where his planes are and memorabilia are worth the look. So much to see of his life

Way beyond our expectations to the point we felt really emotional as soon as we arrived. We went for the VIP Tour with an audio guide. It was well worth the money. A very special experience. The chance to see the house of a mega star and feel the warmth that was so obviously created in his home.

Parking was $10 and we bought the $82 tickets for the basic tour. Tour starts with a short movie to get you in the Elvis mood. You can use audio/iPad if you want. Shuttle busses take you across the street to the house. The tour gives you a glimpse of how the King lived back in the 70's. The audio, which we used, was nicely narrated by John Stamos. It was interesting to see all of the various buildings and fun stuff that Elvis owned. Next, we viewed the gravesites of Elvis, his parents, Lisa Marie, and her son in the garden area. Then we went into the museums with all of his cars, suits, and memorabilia. Last, we toured his private jet, the Lisa Marie. Kinda cool to see! Of course there is a gift shop with shirts, hats and much more.
