The tour was well run. The operators (Norm and Isabel) were knowledgeable and helpful. They were also attentive to things like making sure we took photos and having snacks/waters. This adventure was exactly as expected and we enjoyed all of it.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our tour to Lookout Mountain and we got to see Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline train ride. Norm and Izzy were our tour guides and they are fun and friendly people. I would highly recommend this tour.

The tour started with a pickup at our hotel. Norm and Isabel were the ultimate tour guides, regaling us with stories and information about the area. We had a great drive to Chatanooga where we boarded the Incline. Then on to Ruby Falls for lunch and a beautiful tour of the cave and fall. Our final stop was at Rock City, where we saw the wonderful works of a woman who loved gardening as much as she must have loved life. Our tour was cut short by a stor - but that only made it more memorable as we laughed our way to the gift shop, car and back to Nashville. Love these two people - they made us memories we will not soon forget.

Thanks for the guides Izzy and Norm, we totally enjoyed the adventure in Chattanooga! Actually we had worries about communication in English before starting the tour, but they talked to us kindly and politely. They gave a lot of interesting knowledge and took many nice photos for us. It was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this tour, i'm sure you’ll have fun! Norm was our tour guide for one of our most memorable adventures on our trip to Nashville. Norm picked up my wife and I in the morning from our hotel and there were snacks and beverages in the back seat waiting for us! Our tour party was on the smaller side, as there was only one other person who booked the tour. Norm was knowledgeable on the entire 2ish hour trip from Nashville to Chattanooga, where the Incline Railway, Ruby Falls, and Rock City are. The Incline Railway was pretty cool. There were some clouds so our vision wasn’t quite what we expected but we did get some really cool pictures at the top! There’s even a gift shop at the top that has fudge!! Ruby Falls was breathtaking, we had lunch here and had some free time to go into the gift shop and check it out for a while before we started the tour here. Norm was able to give us facts about the cavern and waterfall that the tour guides didn’t mention. Rock City was the most outdoorsy and had great views of the seven states! This one was our favorite because the pace was more relaxed than Ruby Falls. There are a few tight squeezes, but totally manageable if you shimmy though! Of course there was another gift shop here too. This one had a few free wine tastings which we couldn’t say no to! To conclude the tour, Norm drove us back to our hotel. We had a safe trip there and back and Norm was a great driver! Norm was very professional and had great insight on the picturesque views! I recommend bringing a lanyard for your phone so you can cross the swinging bridge without any worry about dropping your phone Thank you so much Norm!

We had an absolutely amazing trip with Just IN Time Adventures! We were visiting from out of town and benefitted greatly from the convenient and seamless tour of Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. Norm and Izzy take the trouble out of travel and have every stop timed just right, tickets and all. I would recommend any of their adventures to folks coming into Nashville from out of town or for those looking for some Tennessee vistas in lieu of the usual Honky Tonks.

Norm and Izzy are the best. Professional, punctual, very knowledgeable, and most of all fun. My wife and I had a great time during our full day tour at Chattanooga. I can't say enough good things about them. highly recommend looking at their website for the various activities they offer and booking with them. Izzy and Norm are the Best guides ever! They accommodated my request for a single person tour (for an extra reasonable charge). They were on time to pick me up from my hotel and had plenty of water and snacks. Norm is filled with knowledge, fun facts, funny stories. They both take the best pictures, suggested locations for photos and took as many as you ask them. they are both very personable and friendly. We had a great chat while in the car and as they guided me through the tour. This was such an incredible experience and well worth the cost.

Norm and Izzy were prompt and responsive. They were very prepared and planned every detail. Even with weather being an extra hurdle they switched around the itinerary so that we could get the most out of each stop. It was a long day but filled with lots of great memories. If we are ever back in Nashville we will certainly book another excursion with them.
