Nice 3.5 hour walking and eating tour of Georgetown. The guide, Robert, provided entertaining and informative tour- lots or good history and stories! There were 4 stops to dine- Italian, Spanish, Modern Mexican, and macarons. Overall restaurant choices served above-average food. The marinara sauce at Flavio's was delicious, and we had the largest gnocchi ever. Spanish tapas were enjoyable, especially the dates wrapped in ham and the potatoes brava. I was lucky enough to get a cherry blossom macaron, definitely a treat. Robert provided us with lots of other restaurant recommendations. Worth doing if you don't know much about Georgetown.

This was our first food tour, and now we’ll definitely be looking for these everywhere we travel. This was such a fun way to experience Georgetown! Robert was an excellent guide—he knows the history so well and shared some unique stories I wouldn’t have heard otherwise. Both my husband and I ate foods outside of our comfort zone and were surprised to love all of it! Meeting with other travelers was also a nice break from a week of couple time. I have trouble walking and was able to navigate the tour just fine too. The small group varied in age from teenagers to senior citizens. My husband is an anxious traveler and even he loved it! Pro tip: We did this on our last day, but were thinking to do it earlier next time so that we can go back and eat at the places we liked the most!

We’ve done a lot of food tours. This one was just okay. 3 1/2 hours and four food stops. Last stop was “Authentic Seafood Enchilada ala Mexico City” sounds great right? The tortilla was cold and the filling dry. The Mexican friends we were with were shocked! Disappointed.

Jennifer shared a lot of the Georgetown history. The food selections and drinks were good. We had a good time and would recommend to anyone visiting the DC area.
