Was very informative. Easy to use. If I went off the route it picked up easily when we got back on it. Would recommend.

Driving tour with history was great. Only issue occurred when cell service wasn’t available. The program seemed to get confused but we were able to get back on track with the map. Wish the map on the phone would correspond with the dashboard display. Didn’t correspond consistently

I had trouble getting my password and finally left a message. Immediately they sent me what I needed with the link to download the tour, after that it was smooth sailing. We started our tour in Jackson and we thoroughly enjoyed the information given. It would start and stop when needed. I could go back and listen again if I missed something. I highly recommend the audio tour.

Content was good but the directions and the app was not intuitive enough. Maybe it works better on iOS but on my honor android the experience wasn't great.

haus22016

The guided tour was great! The view were wonderful. We would have missed somethings without the guided tour!

We enjoyed the tour. The technology worked great. And the dialogue was very interesting. We learned about historical moments, geographical, tidbits, and current events. Only suggestion I have would be to notify the customer. They should buy their park pass online before the tour. Then you can get through the park entrance quicker. And if there are road closures, somehow have the technology updated to work around that. We had to turn around and added an hour to our tour.
