We got to see a good area of Central Park. Few grades a bit hard to pedal up if you are not a regular bike rider. Our guide Chris was great and explained the history of each landmark we stopped at.

We are family of 4.( 2 adult children ) The positives: The actual ride was beautiful. Nice route & nice amount of stops. Loved that part The negatives : Very hectic check in & we arrrived super early. Not organized & the language barrier at checkin added to the confusion. (It wasn’t just one person who had trouble with the English language. It was everyone working there.) We were told to wait outside. Sidewalk was very crowded & it would help if they had one side be an area for those waiting to head on tour etc. anyway, that wasn’t that much of a big deal once we found who our tour guide was we were given bicycles. Our tour guide did not introduce herself by name nor was she wearing anything to signify she was a guide. We all just figured out she was our guide. You walk your bike to the park where the tour guide with the incredibly thick French accent is telling us the plan. We could understand every 5th word. This was the biggest issue. It would’ve been a really nice tour if we could understand what our guide was saying. Probably would’ve overlooked the confusion at check-in and the fact that my bicycle made a noise, no matter which gear I was in. But you don’t know that until you start on the actual tour in the park so I just went with it of course all the little annoyances would’ve been overlooked if we could understand what she was saying. Guide seemed disinterested too like we just grabbed someone from the street and ask them to give the tour is the best way I could explain it. We are very well traveled and have been on tours all over the globe. Personality & clarity of speech of the guide is key to a great experience . Bottom line, I would recommend a central park bike tour, but not this company unfortunately.

Excellent tour. Beautiful day. Tour guide Chris was very good at minding the group of 15 or so riders of all abilities. Great information at each of the 5-10 min stops.

Very nice tour! Great tour guide, very informative with just the right amount of stops for pictures while keeping a good rhythm. Definitely recommended!

This is a well structured tour, we were given info on expectations whilst in the park and how ad where to ride. The tour covers most of tge main features and allows some time to wander for yourself , which I thought was good. Very informative and funny. You can hire a bike and go on your own but it's much better in a group and with the guides info.

What a wonderful way to see Central Park on a Saturday morning with the sun shining brightly on our cheeks. Our guide, Chris, was wonderful at his job. He knows the history behind the park and the city well and was able to present it in a clear, succinct and pleasant way. We made several stops along the way in order to walk through and visit the landmarks of the park. The whole tour lasted about 2 hrs and it was a perfect amount of time for us; that was all we wanted. The bike rental store is located on W 58th/Columbus Circle. After the ride, there were tons of great restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. All in all, I highly recommend this guided bike tour of Central Park as a must-do while visiting NYC.
