Once you board, you'll lift off in a state-of-the-art, six-seater ECO-star helicopter. Throughout the 10-minute flight, your pilot will share stories and fun facts about Las Vegas, while pointing out some of the city’s most glamorous landmarks. Spot the Golden Nugget and the Fremont Street Experience, then turn south along the Las Vegas Strip, the colorful, bustling heart of the action.

The Strip

Fly by the Stratosphere Tower, which stands 1,149 feet (350 meters) above the traffic below, and take in the Mirage, Venetian, Treasure Island, Bellagio, and many more of the city’s landmarks, which are especially scenic when the sun goes down. At the end of your flight, touch back down at the helicopter terminal and meet a driver for the return trip to your hotel. Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Based on our own experience would rate it as average at best and disappointing. Having booked our flight several months ago, we had been looking forward to it for some time. Our flight took place on Monday 29th April. We were picked up promptly outside our hotel and taken to the airport. We were kept waiting in the lounge for nearly half an hour awaiting the arrival of our designated helicopter. Prior to boarding we were given a short talk by the pilot about what to expect and safety protocols whilst onboard. On boarding, counting the pilot there were seven of us. Whilst I was offered the opportunity to be seated next to the pilot, I decided this was unfair on my wife and chose instead to sit by her in the back seats. Sadly, the choice of seats proved to be a mistake. On take-off it became apparent neither of us would have a great view, whereas those in front and the seats occupied in the left hand side of the helicopter had great views. Ok, it was my choice to remain with my wife, nevertheless the vantage point was poor and only gave fleeting views of the main attractions on the strip. Despite being given headsets, the pilot said very little during what was an extremely short flight, perhaps being up in the air for barely 10-12 minutes! Furthermore, the flightpath only went one way and thus, we didn't have any decent view or the strip on the flight back to the airport. Clearly, they consider cost first when it comes to allocating seats to six passengers and basically it is then luck of the draw as to where you sit and the view your get in return. Obviously, our review if based on our personal experience, but they should consider less passengers for what is a once in a lifetime experience. For the price of £270.00 we got very little out of it and the time you spend in the air is ridiculous. Ok, this may be governed by airport rules etc, nevertheless we always believe that you get what you pay for, whereas in this instance we certainly did not get value for money! Once landed, we were allowed just 2-3 minutes for photographs by the helicopter, all of which were taken by fellow passengers - not the pilot and then ushered into the lounge. If you wanted a photograph taken prior to boarding, they were available in the lounge but were quite expensive so we didn't bother (advise you to get one taken by a fellow passenger instead). Having awaited our return pick-up for 20 minutes, we were then taken back to our hotel. Frankly, I dare say the company will offer every excuse in the book, and other reviewers probably had a great experience, but it very much depends on where you are seated so beware! Whatever and whenever, we found this attraction very over-priced and extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

Whilst visiting Las Vegas for our honeymoon we wanted to do this as had hoped it would be a really special experience and we were not disappointed!! Very reasonably priced and loved every second of it. Our pilot was really friendly and helpful, the views were fantastic and it was all really well organised! Do it!! If we are ever back in Vegas we will be back to do the Grand Canyon Tour

AMAZING! 100% must do for everyone. Super professional, really close to the strip (less than 5 min in pick up transport from Luxor) . Incredible views and really professional from start to finish. Highly recommend - even if you are nervous, that will quickly go and you will have a huge smile on your face the whole time. Amazing.
