While on our family trip to Lego land this past week we encountered to exceptional employees that went above and beyond to make our visit outstanding😀❤. Jerry in the Cafe in the aquarium. He was amazing. We saw Damal Ross both days. He could not have been more helpful and friendly to our kids and grandkids. Thank you.

We are a family of five who have visited Legoland California previously on a family trip. My children were so excited to come back. Now that they are a little older they were thrilled to collect pop badges (free plastic badges that can be traded like pins) around the park and exchange Minifigures with model citizens. We met so many friendly new people. A huge shout out to Mary at the Legoland Hotel front desk for her great tips and suggestions about the evening entertainment and her tips on finding Mr.Gold. We also met The Go Team in the park who had some really cool Minifigures to trade. My kid were so excited when Jay pulled out a magical pop badge from behind my kids ears. Lorraine also spent some time chatting with us and was so kind. Thanks Legoland for the awesome experience. We loved our time here.

Their website states that the park was designed for children age 2-12. But when you enter the park, signs everywhere say the attractions are intended for ages 5-12. My 3 year old was too small to go on most of the rides. Not to say there wasn't plenty to do. There were shows and interactive character sightings throughout the day. The 4D cartoon theater had 4 different shows on rotation. My kids had a great time but as I sat bored out of my mind on the Duplo playground, I could not help thinking that my kids could have similar a experience on a public playground with a bucket of Duplo bricks. The most impressive experience was the Deep Sea Adventure. It is a submarine themed ride with REAL FISH! No animatronics. No projection screens. The sharks and fish swimming around the ride were living animals. The ride was short but the technical achievement is incredible. The food was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the pork ribs at the Knight's BBQ and the salmon entree at the Dragon's Den restaurant. Having visited in years prior, we felt disappointed to learn that the "new" Dino Valley is just the same rides as before with a fresh coat of paint and some updated Lego models. Also, the hologram room in the SeaLife aquarium is gone. The room is still there but it no longer has the bioluminescent ocean waves hologram from years prior. Instead, the room plays stock footage of fish, for which nobody was interested. The Pirate Splash Battle ride needs a refurbishment. The ride vehicles were crumbling. The Lego models looked worn out. It was a sad sight to see.

Castle hotel was awesome. So many activities for the kids to do. The free breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. The park itself was a blast so much to do and it wasn’t very busy so we didn’t have much wait times. It was a great time overall. Got Black Friday deal to stay but it was so fun I’m considering the annual passes.

Perfect theme park. 10 year old enjoyed the "kind of scary" rides and we loooooved mini land 100x more than we thought. Water park perfect refresh for a few hours before doing more legoland. I've seen reviews that folks are done in 3 hours but we were there for 8 and could have relaxed in mini land for hours more! Staff were friendly, food was surprisingly decent and ok price for theme park! Parking was easy. Crowds had good flow. We were able to do everything we wanted and more! Great day!

There were no lineups, and the place was very well kept! For our first time there, we all had a blast! We recommend the all you can eat buffet as your meal for the day!

It was a great trip for my family. The events and activities throughout the day were a nice way to spend time when not trying to go on rides.

Our grandchildren had an amazing time. Adults had fun too. Great rides for young children, fun things to look at, touch, and talk about for days afterward. The crowds weren't too bad at this time of year and the weather was great. One comment is that the food in the Castle Hotel restaurant was pretty much what one could fix at home, with groceries from Costco at ridiculous prices. This was not impressive and one of our adults became quite sick afterward (she thinks it was the penne pasta dish). Otherwise, it was fun, but we most likely will view this as a one time vacation destination.

Very relaxing walking and seeing the sights around Lego Land. We had Knights Smokehouse BBQ, it was the Best BBQ Chicken and Ribs that I have had in a longtime. They smoke the meats right there on site, dare I say better than Phils BBQ..Yes.

It was a wonderful day! It started with a warm greeting from Martha at the front gates, she scanned our tickets and wished us a wonderful day. We loved all the rides, Lego building opportunities and abundance of activities for both our kids (7yo and 2 yo). While waiting in line for the Lost Kingdom Adventure our son was scared to get on the ride. Diego (who was assisting people onto the ride) explained the ride and calmed my son’s fears. He had a great time on the ride and wanted to go on the ride again. Overall we had a wonderful experience as a family and made some great memories.
