I liked seeing the mansions where stars live it was interesting and seeing all the islands.it was good music on the ride and I like the captain talking about who lives where.

Incredibly long wait, late departure, uninteresting tour, particularly on the way back when there was nothing to see. Much less than a 90min tour. Forced picture taking.

It was nice, we enjoyed going around to see the celebrity homes. The host kept us very engaged and excited for the cruise around Miami. I would recommend to a friend.

The tour was too crowded since they made you squeeze together to fit people onboard. It was difficult to turn around to take photos, and it was uncomfortable sitting so close to a person you don’t know, sweaty and smelly. This took away from enjoying the sights.

We planned our entire afternoon with our 12-year old grandson around this cruise. We arrived 1 1/2 hour in advance to locate the meeting point, got in line at 6:10 PM for the 6:30 PM cruise. There were already multiple people in line who confirmed that we were in the correct line. Just before the boat started to load a lady in black approached us to ask why we were in line. We explained that we had on-line tickets through TripAdvisor. She never identified herself, but indicated that if we did not have a paper ticket from her agency, we would not be allowed to board. A lot of discussion and phone calls followed but this issue could never get resolved. There was vacancy on the boat and the boat staff said if he bought a ticket from their representative, we could go on the cruise but that we could not use the TripAdvisor ticket. We ended up buying new tickets so as not to disappoint our grandson. But this was a horrible and disappointing experience. We are requesting a refund from TripAdvisor. I will post the results of that request. I have taken many trips with TripAdvisor over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed until yesterday. My advise is DO NOT BOOK this cruise through TripAdvisor!

I am giving this tour a 1 star. No clue how they possibly got so many 5 star reviews. I would give it a 3 star if it weren’t for the staff scamming guests telling them there is a “raffle” only to try to sell them a vacation package at the end. The predatory nature of this is unbelievable. On top of this the woman who works the microphone during the tour came around with her tip jar telling everyone “it isn’t mandatory, but I only work on tips” (no way this is true) but standing in front of them for an extremely uncomfortable amount of time pressuring them to tip her. Saying her “best customers tip $100!” I have zero issue tipping your guides (and for the record I would have tipped her regardless of her pressure) but pushing people to tip is rude and embarrassing. Overall the tour itself was ok. The boat is old and hot and when you board it says “28 life jackets on board” yet they boarded at least 75 people onto this boat! I’d say skip this tour company (Miami Aqua Tours- they have 3 other boats too).

We bought tickets and arrived 15 minutes before our time. That's what it said on my tickets to arrive in 15 minutes to register. We got in line on time and while we figured out that this is a queue that has already registered, and you need to come up outside the queue to register, there were 9 minutes left before the ship left, and the guy tells us, registration closes 10 minutes before departure, call the number and ask what to do, I can't let you through. We call the number, and they tell us to pay extra $ 15 per person to reschedule the time. Are we saying how? We arrived on time, we counted on this time, we also have to pay extra. Why should we pay extra and wait? If we arrived on time?. In general, this is how the system works. We met 10 people who got in the same way as us. I do not recommend it, pure deception, no one returned anything, they just spread their hands and frayed their nerves. We had to wait another two hours, pay money for the time transfer, extend parking, although there were other plans. The cruise itself is not bad, but not wow. You can do it once. If you buy online, arrive in 30 minutes and immediately go to register.But their system and employees ruined both the mood and the impressions. I do not recommend it to any of my friends!

Overall the tour was great, the homes stunning, and the guide very funny. However, I'm knocking off a star because they only do a small part of Star Island, then wander off along the dock with nothing much to see for about fifteen minutes. The bar makes great cocktails, but is very slow. We did struggle to find where the tour queue was, because everyone we asked seemed so miserable. We did find it in the end, and they were very accommodating with my wife's wheelchair, but you do need to be able to walk and use some steps.

Couldn’t understand the tour guide, had to sit at the bottom of boat which only has windows because the top got full, then our tour was at 6:30 so we got there at 6 and they said it’s at 7 they just put that because people are always late, it’s also hard to find I had to ask multiple people and when I went in the store on the listing they said to go somewhere else that lead me to having to ask like 3 other people, the only good things were the sunset and the drinks
