The absolute best part of this tour was our top-shelf tour professional: Randy. He has been in the business for decades now and it shows. Luckily, my best friend and I were able to be part of a tiny, intimate tour group that he was leading through the Garden district and we were able to ask questions and banter back-and-forth. Randy made it fun and lively and I learned more on his tour than in all of my 10th grade history class! :) He was definitely a bright spot in our New Orleans getaway!!! ❤️🥳🫶🏾 Thank you, Randy!! See you when we return.

Tour guide was extremely well prepared with history and details about New Orleans and its Garden District. The Garden District is a must see in the Big Easy.

The tour guide was fabulous. Very informative and interesting. She had a great personality. Helped me find the trolley car at the end. Her name was Eyvette.

We took the Garden District walking tour with Robin, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Two adults and two 10-year-olds all stayed engaged through the tour. Robin is a great storyteller, weaving details about architecture styles with history and cultural information...not to mention the fun celebrity tie-ins! Highly recommend this tour as a great summary of the area for all ages.

We booked a garden district history and homes walking tour Sept 30th 2023 at 10am, which was confirmed. We arrived at the designated meeting point ON TIME. No one was there and we waited for 15 minutes and still no one showed up. Tried calling the number for Livery Tours but it went to voice mail, left message but have not heard anything from them thus far. Absolutely the most unprofessional conduct. Have demanded full refund, I will expect that Trip Advisor will step up and make sure that the refund happens. Beware, do not use this company.

The tour guide never showed up. When I called to get more info, the tour guide mailbox was full. Still don’t have my money returned

One of the highlights of my first trip to Nola. Randy has a wealth of knowledge and made the tour so much fun!

The guide never showed up. This is the second time that we have booked a trip through Viator only to have the guide be a no show. Based on these experiences, I question the reliabilty and would not recommend this company to anyone..

Learning about the history of the area and NOLA, in general. It was great to have the deep historical context along with critical ways of thinking about the past.
