Friendly driver. We waited more than an hour (almost 2 hours) for the shuttlebus. We tried to call severel times.

We waited over an hour and a half for our ride and finally caught a cab. We were initially told a 15-30 minute wait. After 45 minutes I called again. It takes 5 minutes or more for them to even answer the phone. Eventually I was told that the driver was arriving and would get us in under 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we tried calling again- gave up on anyone ever answering the phone and took a cab. W want my money back!

Very reasonable price for the airport arrival pickup service; if I call a taxi on the day of my arrival, then I will have to pay double. The reliable service and clear instructions regarding how to arrange the airport pick up after my arrival. Although I had to wait for a long while, the driver finally came and provided a good service. He was polite and helpful. In short, I am happy with this service and I will use them again in the future.

Our driver was really good with knowledge of the road. However the traffic was horrible… we were stuck in the terminals for over an hour to two…. Craziness of too many planes and not enough traffic cops clearing the road of people just waiting and not moving.

On my way to the airport they picked me up promptly at my apartment. They suggested we leave 5 hrs before my flight. We spent atleast an hour picking up other guests around NYC before heading to the airport. On my way from the Airport I wanted an hour to be picked up and then spent an hour and 20 mins waiting for other guests and then getting dropped off. Be aware that this may be cheaper than a taxi but you are paying with your time. Anticipate a 2hr delay before getting to your destination. Once we were on our way the service was good and the drivers were nice.

Was easy to contact once we came out of arrival. Driver very courteous and helpful . The ride to Hilton Hotel was great after a 16hr flight

Took 2 hours from JFK picking up multiple passengers from multiple terminals. Taxi driver announced it was our stop- we got out and he got our cases. My fiancé gave him a tip and then he told us our hotel was a block and a half away. He said it was easier to drop us there as he would have to go around and the traffic was bad. We had to walk with all our luggage and got lost. Would not recommend not the best start to our holiday.

Pick up was late for more than an hour, I called 3 times and every single time they told me shuttle was arriving and that the driver was going to be there in 15 minutes. I waited for more than an hour.

Driver was great ! Communication with the office was difficult and unhelpful. Hard to locate driver at the pickup point. 30 minute wait to be picked up was unexpected.

Ok, so I look really, really Irish (mom was 100% Irish-American) and probably the driver, who told me he was from Morocco, thought it was safe to launch into an anti-Semitic rant for an hour-long drive from JFK to Manhattan. The crap that he spewed was not historically accurate and offensive. Imagine the worst! I am also German-Jew on my dad's side and the love of my life is Jewish, so enough said. I wanted to say something to the driver, but I was afraid that he might drop me off somewhere in Queens, and honestly, he didn't listen very well.
