Nitti's Supper Club

Long before 33 W. Kinzie housed one of Chicago’s most famous steakhouses, it was home to the notorious enforcer of the Al Capone gang, Frank Nitti. He lived in an apartment on the fourth floor with his wife Annette and operated a legitimate Italian food business out of the building. It was also a convenient hideout for Nitti as the courthouse building was clearly visible from the apartment. The building connected to Chicago's underground tunnel system allowing Nitti and his associates to come and go without being seen on the streets. Nitti's Supper Club incorporates gangsters from Nitti's life of crime who would have walked through the doors of 33 West Kinzie. Join them on a trip back in time to the raucous world of gangland Chicago. Set during Prohibition in the year 1932, the interactive, musical-comedy revue will transport you back in time. Sing along to great Broadway tunes by Porter, Gershwin, and Kander and Ebb. It's 90 minutes of nonstop fun!

This was so much fun! The actors made us feel included like it really was a birthday party. We were welcomed and escorted to our table. Margie was a wonderful waitress and entertaininer. The food and drinks were delicious. Music was wonderful. This is a don't miss show!

My Husband and I use to go to Tommy Guns and this was the closest thing to that experience that I could find. So we decided to give it a chance. We loved it!! The show was great, the food was delicious, and the personal attention from the cast members was exceptional! It would be GREAT if just for the month of February they would re-enact the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre. We hope this stays around for a very long time. We will definitely be returning and bringing other couples along!!

We had 18 people attending in my group. We had the most wonderful time. Everyone went above, and beyond in terms of friendliness and service to make this a most memorable occasion. I highly recommended it for EVERYONE. And you can make it even more fun if you dress the roaring 20s part like we did.

The actors/actresses were very good. Was a fun show with plenty of audience interaction. Food was ok, would have preferred a variety instead of the chicken or pasta. I would say you definitely pay for the show.

The highlight of our family's Christmas in July celebration was our trip to Nitti's Supper Show. The whole family (ages 14-82) got in the mood for the Roaring 20's theme. Our daughter Maura (picture attached) set the stage. On the way we toasted and celebrated in a 14 passenger limo. The show was everything we expected and then some. The food was delicious, especially the decadent flourless chocolate cake. Special thanks to the chef for the scrumptious vegan option. It was a great Christmas in July celebration, sans the snow, canceled flights, and lost baggage. Thank you Danielle and thank you Nitti's.

My husband and I absolutely adored this show. It was the absolute most fun thing we did while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the meal, the hospitality of the actors, and the show was a total hoot. I’ll start with the venue — very elegant and the atmosphere felt as if walking back into the time of prohibition. The actors were also the servers! They were in character and just a pleasure with whom to converse. They looked very authentic to the time period and used humor throughout their interactions with the crowd. The food was excellent! The menu could change but I had an awesome chicken with peas and potatoes smothered in a garlic wine sauce. My husband enjoyed cavatappi with Italian sausage and he loved it. The alcoholic drinks were delicious as well and we consumed several responsibly. And finally the show — I was captivated from beginning to end and not only that, it goes down as the best activity of our three day stay in Chicago. I highly recommend it. If you love singing, dancing, gangster and flapper costumes of this era, you’re going to adore this speakeasy experience. The whole experience was high quality and tops. If I go back to Chicago anytime soon, I’ll go again without reservation.

It was a great experience and a great cast. Food was excellent. This was the forth time watching this cast. Always take family that have not seen it so I can see it again.

Was looking for a Christmas gift for my family - wanted to give an event rather than "stuff." Worked out really well as everyone 25 to 65 had fun!! Delicious food and very entertaining!!

Just a lot of fun and very entertaining. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the food. The singing and dancing was great and it was very cool to see how the wait staff is part of the show yet still managed to do its job. The Frank Nitti character also walked the room all night (when not on stage) as the manager, overseeing things and asking each table if they were having a good time. My favorite characters were Nitti, Ruby and Lulu. TS

Wonderful performance, great actors/actresses! Velma our waitress was very attentive, gave superior service all while performing in the show throughout the evening. My teenage son loved the performance and was excited to talk with Velma after the show. She was super kind to talk with him about their love of theater. Would definitely attend the show again when in the area. Thank you!!!
