Savannah has a ton to offer from the water. An abundance of wildlife and beautiful sights unique to the low country. The intracoastal waterway runs from Norfolk, Virginia all the way to the tip of Florida. All ships traveling up and down the coast inshore will use this waterway. This is the main waterway we will use to get around and it offers great views of Savannah and the vessels traveling through.

Wassaw National Wildlife Refuge

Wassaw island, as well as countless other unspoiled and pristine islands can be seen on our trip. The coast of Georgia is lined with barrier islands that sit between Savannah's marshes and the ocean. These islands are undeveloped and offer great chances to see wildlife and take advantage of a day on unspoiled beaches.

Ossabaw Sound

(Pass by)

The vast Sound of Ossabaw that the rivers and creeks in that area flow into before reaching the ocean. This sound as well as Wassaw Sound offer tons of marine life and beautiful sights.

My husband and I were visiting Savannah and wanted a private boat ride through the local waterways. Step in-our awesome captain and his 22-foot boat. We had a beautiful 2 1/2-hour cruise all around. The captain was courteous and attentive to our comfort and needs. He shared histories and the highlights of the different mansions and geography and explained life growing up in Savannah He had a cooler for our beverages and made sure we were seated comfortably. He even dropped us off at a local eatery on the water that made our vacation!! Highly recommend this trip.

We had a great time time the captain was great he was very friendly and he was very nice to the kids and we enjoyed seeing the beach and seeing the dolphins he stopped so we could swim with the dolphins but they swam away but we were very happy 😃 and we enjoyed every moment together we had a wonderful time we were screaming and laughing at the same time we wish to do it again (my 9 year old) ;)

Went out with Captain Miles while in town for the weekend. My wife and I enjoyed our relaxing boat ride through Savannah. He was able to tell us all about the local area and the wildlife that we saw. We really wanted to see dolphins while on our trip and we saw plenty while on the boat. The boat had plenty of room and was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Miles was absolutely the best guide on an afternoon cruise with friends. He knows so much about the Savannah rivers and creeks and was able to show us some hidden gems in the area that aren’t easily accessible to all. He is very professional and also approachable and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire trip. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a smaller, more intimate boat outing in the area. I look forward to using him many more times in the future and will be recommending to friends and family!
