I expected to see street performers and more jazz Instead we had a two hour jazz history walk with just 2 performances inside clubs at end First one was accommodating with good jazz but very little seating The second one was not accommodating - like we were in the way if we stood and good only sit if we eat. Left there early Guide was knowledgeable. Definaty not what I thought we paid for

Cage was very informative and enthusiastic. There were for of us in the group and we all thought the tour was perfect. Great on the first day in NO to get familiar with the area. We visited two jazz bars. She followed up with a complete list of what we had seen and additional recommendations for our stay. We highly recommend Cayge and this tour.

There were only four of us that made up the group, including the tour guide. The information and the sites to see along the way were fascinating. I would not have had the insights had I tried to do the tour on my own. Thank goodness for those who have grown up in the city and have vast knowledge of the past, present and future. It was a fun and factual tour. Didn't get to follow behind the jazz musicians that you see depicted in movies and on television.

Bill was a good guide. Learned a lot about the city and its residents. There was a lot to see and not enough time to I see it all Such a wonderful city with so much history. I will be back.

Valerie was very enjoyable,informative,etc....we did a lot of walking, visiting clubs, neighborhoods, restaurants and stores I never knew existed or heard any publicity about, and I was online 3 weeks before my trip, doing research on the French Quarter. Our small group of 3 had an awesome time!

As soon as I knew I was going to New Orleans, I knew I wanted to take a Jazz tour. I am so happy that I found this tour - it was amazing! The guide Cayge was fantastic - she was able to share so much information about jazz music, the heritage, and the local jazz scene without making it overly complex. Plus we got to go to two different locations to hear live music!! This is a must-do when in town!

A phenomenal tour that includes the history of jazz, how it affects New Orleans, and we get to hear the magic and history along the way. So much love for this tour!

Cayge was a fantastic guide and gave us all of the history of the Nola jazz scene. Her musical background made it easy for her to teach us about the intricacies of jazz music. The spots we visited for music and cocktails were great. We were seated immediately, despite both places having a decent crowd. An excellent experience and wonderful introduction to New Orleans.

Sage made the history of jazz interesting. We enjoyed a couple styles of jazz in the 2 clubs we visited. Well worth it!

Our tour guide was very kind. We walked through Armstrong park and looked at all the statues. We walked down Frenchmen street and at the end stopped at a club that had an amazing band playing! This was the highlight. Honestly I don’t think the tour was worth it… just go down Frenchmen street and pop into some clubs:)
