We loved the Jenny Wade House ghost tour! Our guide Ally was AWESOME! She made the house & story come alive for us. I'm pretty sure I was poked in the basement & could have sworn there was a gentle touch in the parlor! I would recommend it to anyone! See if you could request Ally for your guide she has a love for the house the history & Gettysburg in general!

The tour was absolutely fantastic. We did the combo tour with the orphanage and the Jennie Wade house with James and it was a blast. You could see the passion and the personal stories and it came through and provided a great tour, well worth the money.
The website noted that it would be at 777 Baltimore Pike, and Apple Maps does take you into a courtyard type thing behind that building, only for us to find the actual door to the orphanage telling us to go back to 778 Baltimore Pike (Tour center across the street). This was not at all a big deal and planning on our side, I would expect the website to be updated at some point in the near future.
Already can't wait to do this tour again with my family when we go back.

Mike the tour guide was great, he has great stories and knows a lot about the Orphanage and Jenny Wade's house. We did the 9:30pm tour which takes you in side both places listed above and not just walking by them. The poor kids that were in the Orphanage I feel sorry for them.
I would highly recommend this tour and ask for Mike.

Allison was the absolute BEST tour guide! She smoothly interwove her personal experiences with the life (and death) of the Jennie Wade. Her enthusiasm kept our interest even when none of the group felt the presence of any ghosts/spirits. She made sure to let us know the reason behind any ghost's appearance and how to deal with it (whether we wanted to interact or if we would rather not). Allison really covered every possible base to ensure our comfort with subjects that have gotten a bad rap as only being scary. Highly, highly recommend Allison as a tour guide!!!!
