Brilliant tour Fabrice really brought the history telling alive. He was very knowledgable and helpful with other hints and tips for our trip to NY.

Cesar, I assume a Viator employee called and told us about the long waiting line at Battery Park. He met us at 11:30am and let us joined a group that was already ahead in the line, and we do not need to go way behind the line even though our schedule is still at 1:45pm. He checked on us until we reach the security check… thank you Cesar! It was a good thing I got tickets in advance with Viator!

Charged 100 dollars for a ferry basically. They just took us with no explanation or tour guide. I could have done this for 40 bucks on my own because i had to use the audio guide to know anything about the place

I had a horrible time the package that we purchased was a scam our Tour guide was very unprofessional and we didn’t get to go to the 9/11 museum, nor did we get to go up the Statue of Liberty We paid 115 per person to be rushed around

Our guide was awesome! The best story teller. I appreciated all of the details of each site we visited. She knows the history well.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of everything. He was full of so much rich history that most people would probably not know or remember from so long ago. It was truly an amazing tour. Dean was wonderful.

Save your money, and buy a ticket directly to go see the statue of Liberty/Ellis Island! Lines move quick, and this only lets you "skip" the first line (which there was not one when we went anyhow). This "Tour" was an unfortunate low-light of an otherwise fantastic trip to NYC in August. The tour itself was nothing more than 4-5 quick stops walking from the Starbucks across from Battery Park to the ticket line for the Statue of Liberty ferry. To add further insult to injury, it wasn't till we reached the Statue of Liberty that we were informed that the upgrade WE PAID FOR a month in advance to get pedestal access could not be honored. ATTRACTIONS4US offered nothing in its place, and directed me to call the help line to get a price adjustment (great use of time on a vacation). It has been three weeks since the tour, the help line directed me to an e-mail address, and to no surprise, there has not been a reply to my e-mail requesting a price adjustment. In total, we spent over $100 extra for this tour versus just paying directly for the same ferry over to the Statue of Liberty. I would not recommend any tour from Attractions4Us based on this terrible experience.

The tour was good. It was what I was expecting. The guide Michael was great and was obviously knowledgeable about the history of NYC, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. This is a wonderful time to visit NYC as it’s still opening up from the pandemic, and there weren’t crowds at the attractions. I docked this tour one star as there were inconsistencies about the meetup. Some people were told to be there at 9:30. I was told to be there at 8:30 so we waited an extra hour. Additionally the directions said we should redeem our voucher for the ticket at the redemption point which would NOT be the same place as the start of the tour. However, if you read more closely - the address of the redemption point WAS the same address as the tour take off … confusing. There were other minor confusions, but I think bottom line the tour was worthy of four stars.
