Your Itinerary

Red Cliffs National Conservation Area

We start out the day leaving the bustle of Las Vegas behind en-route to Zion national Park. On the way we will learn about the history of the area. On the way to the park we will stop in St George known for the Red Cliffs in the area.

Mesquite

En Route to the Valley of Fire we will stop for lunch in the city of Mesquite Nevada, known for its unique golf courses which are like green oases in the dessert.

Valley of Fire State Park

Making our way back to Las Vegas, along the way we stop for a lunch break and then visit the “Valley of Fire” named for the magnificent red sandstone formations created from shifting sands and dunes during the age of the dinosaurs more than 150 million years ago. Our visit is timed to be able to see the appearance of the valley being on “fire” when reflecting the powerful sun’s rays into the valley (weather permitting)

Zion National Park

This park got its name from the Mormon’s who’s settled in the area. They gave it this name after claiming that visiting the park is like a religious experience, the majesty of the mountains and silence of the wilderness make you feel like you have been transported to another place. Tour the park and enjoy a short walking trail along the Virgin river that runs through the park.

We had a nice day trip to Zion and Valley of Fire. Being Spring break, the shuttle lines at Zion were over 2 hours long. Luckily our guide Lorenzo was able to take us on a driving tour to see the park. We did a few off road short hikes. Valley of Fire was gorgeous. This is an all day tour. We were the only ones signed up so we had a mini van with our wonderful tour guide! This is a good tour to see both parks for a few hours each.

Just my husband and I with our fabulous guide Sylvia. Very interesting, amazing sights, long day but well worth it. Definitely recommend. Thank you Sylvia from C&G

Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind, but was distracted from the tour for phone calls for work and personally. They were assisting with an issue for another tour that was taking time away from the group tour they were conducting. In addition, while on the tour they lost focus on the group and had a higher focus on taking photos/videos to advertise on their instagram account. While wrapping up the trip, I was asked if I had anymore plans for my stay in Vegas. I told them the next day I was going to Death Valley. I got questioned on with which company and how much did I paid. Which I did not respond. Overall the tour did not have the items that were advertised. The vehicle used was the tour guides personal vehicle that had no WiFi or restroom on board. This was found out when they arrived for pick up. Air condition was advertised but was frequently off during the trip and I had to request for it to be turned on. The trip advertised stops at St. George Red Cliffs and Mesquite for lunch, which both never occurred. We stopped at a gas station for lunch. Company overall needs to improve on providing proper advertisement and expectations/procedures for your guides to follow. Until this approves I would not recommend taking a tour.

Had an amazing tour to Zion and Valley of Fire. Tour guide, Danny Ho was very knowledgeable and made the drive so enjoyable. The Virgin River, the tunnel and views were breath taking. So glad we went.

Top locations around, great guide, lot of time for everything. even group of 2 have a full servis. in Spring time is the top temperature for this full day trip.

I thought the tour was priced too high for the amenities provided - no lunch/snacks/drinks, no bathroom on the transportation vehicle, no mobile wifi, no power for mobile devices. The tour guide was a very nice man but very hard to understand given his accent.

This is not a decent hiking tour. The time at Zion was 2 hours only as compared to 3 hours stop over mentioned in the tour . Total tour time was around 10 hours not 11-12 hours. My tour didn't take us into the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, but to the Zion Mount Carmel Highway into the Tunnels. You DONT get to see the Temple of Sinawava or Narrows,(tour details pictures are misleading) as only Park shuttles were going in. If it had been a 3 hour stop over at Zion, it would be possible to ride inside, but it was 2 hour in total and I was asked for 1 hour to tracking of Parus Trail along virgin river. The guide Irene, told me that I can fill water bottles with freshwater in the river, however, it was alerted, on Park's website the visitor map they hand over at the Park's entrance, "Harmful Algae bloom" Do not drink water from river (which is unusual). Thanks god I didn't drink it. On our way to Valley of Fire, we stopped over at McDonald, which was a pathetic choice by tour guide. The visit to valley of fire was also limited to certain spots only and a walk next to visitor center, we didn't take any trail. This tour is way over-priced and over valued. It should not be more than $90 pp at max than $189. It gave a good introduction to both parks. I would rather rent a car and stay close to Zion for 2 days, than a trip from Vegas.

I loved the beautiful scenery of Zion National Park and the unique features of Valley of Fire State Park. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made funny jokes. The driver was nice and made sure we had a safe journey.
