What a fun and filling afternoon! My daughter and I enjoyed the afternoon of Dim Sum making with Chef Danny. The group of 16 was just the right size and we all made plenty for an excellent tasting afterward. The only improvement would be to send us the recipes.

Chef Danny hosted a great team event for my workgroup. We got to prepare great dumplings and spring rolls from scratch. Chef Danny's ongoing dialog explaining the how and why of the preparation steps added to the experience. We were a group of 7 and had ample workstations so that everyone could be participating all the time. And at the end we got to feast on our creations and left totally stuffed :) I definitely recommend this as as workplace team event.

This was an amzing team building activity for my nonprofit! We learned how to make a variety of fabulous dumplings and then sat down to celebrate the fruits of our culinary efforts. Chef Danny was a knowledgable and skilled cook, who imparted interesting cooking tips and anecdotes about spices and herbs. All of my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We would definitely host an event with Selfup again- since there are so may options. I can't recommend Selfup enough for a corporate or private party. Good times guaranteed.

Disappointing. Overcharged. Too many participants given the number of workstations. Too little food for the amount charged. Not enough variety (no soup dumplings, only one type of spring roll). And, we were reminded to limit the number of shrimp in the spring roll. I do not recommend going to this class.

Chef Danny and his staff were engaging and fun! He made the class entertaining and educational. And everyone had the opportunity to be part of the entire process of dim sum. And of course it was delicious! Fresh and delicious. Would definitely do another class with chef Danny! Five star, can’t recommend it enough!
