Chuck was a wonderful tour guide however we felt sorry for him the day we went. We had 80 teenagers aboard who did not listen to a single thing he said and were standing up around the boat, leaning over and blocking everyone else's view and chattering among themselves the entire tour. Chuck even offered to have us return and comp another cruise however we were leaving Door County the next day. It was a pity that the teenager's chaperones did not manage their behavior. So....none of this was the Scenic Boat Tour's fault. We did enjoy talking to Chuck on a personal tour presentation he gave to us.

Great way to see northern end of Door County from the water. Interesting facts and trivia from the crew. Weather was calm enough that we could get to Death’s Door

The tour was very well organized. The boat was clean. The crew was friendly. Our guide, Chuck has lived in the area all his life and shared fascinating details about the area.

My wife and I booked the tour online. Our first tour and we did not know traffic conditioned around Door county in Labor Day weekend. We were driving from IL to WI and around Milwaukee there was construction, slowed is down and huge traffic around Bailey's Harbor and Sister bay made us almost stop and go. I called, Board tour company representative Carol heard me, called the captain to wait for us and worked with me to find a parking spot. We were late by 5-7 minutes but they worked with us and got is on to the boat. Great service. The boat was in great condition with working clean restrooms. The commentary was awesome. I only have one small suggestion is to improve audio on the lower deck. Upper deck is fine. In general Door County is doing awesome job for good roads, free parking everywhere, and tourist information. Everyone seems to be helpful and ready to say, "What can I do!".

Wow! We enjoyed this tour more than we anticipated to. Seeing Door County from the water gives you a new perspective on the beautiful area. This tour took us out to Deaths Door and out to Plum Island. You get to see the ferries going back and forth to Washington Island. The tour guides inform the tour group about the islands, the people who lived there, as well as the geological makeup of the area.
