Facial Extraction with Tina was absolutely worth the money, time, energy and the wait. They are usually booked 2 weeks advance but its worth it. Tina is very informative and gives great tips about facial. I am definitely her regular moving forward.

The fine print explicitly stated that customers were allowed to purchase up to three vouchers, which I duly adhered to. What's truly disheartening is the utter lack of customer value demonstrated by Skinova Medspa. When I brought this matter to their attention, the response was not only unapologetic but also indifferent. The way they handled the situation left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The mistake was on their part, and I expected them to rectify it promptly and professionally. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to honor the terms clearly outlined in their own fine print. This was the best facial ive ever had in new york. Tina was incredible. She asked details about my skin care routine and customized my facial to my skin goals and how my skin was actively reacting to products. It's been four days and my skin still feels AMAZING. It was beautiful and clean on the inside. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was greeted by smiling front desk at this luxurious little Medspa. My esthetician was so delightful and professional. She asked me what I wanted to focus on for my skin and the session was not only relaxing but also very informative. I loved learning about my skin and how I can take care of my skin at home. My face had an amazing glow for few days after! The spa itself was very beautifully lit with bright lights and marble floors and I enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne after my facial. The whole experience is highly recommended!!
