I love Viator--I have had the privilege of going on numerous excursions all over Europe and the US. This tour was such a let down. The guide is Russian and her accent difficult to understand. That coupled with the fact that I called to confirm that they were still conducting due to the NFL draft and was told yes. The guide didn't know about the draft so could not navigate the route. How can you be a Detroit City Guide and not know about the NFL draft. I asked for a 50% refund and was denied. What a rip off. If you want a tour--do the $7 app instead--not $115 for 2 hours with a non-Detroiter who is difficult to understand :( Viator--shame on you.
