My lady and I had a great trip to Zion National Park with Paul of Sweetours. There were only three of us all together on this trip. It was very cozy. Paul is an excellent encyclopedia of relevant information about the area between Las Vegas and the Park and then he took his time to explain to us the geological history of the Zion Park. He can overwhelm you at times with the details of the information he provides, but he is way worth listening to. On top of it, he is a good person. A trip that is well worth the effort.

Tour started out great, with re-confirmation the day before and the morning of the tour. Pickup on time by Paul in a very nice SUV, and provide a continental breakfast and waters. Nice drive out to the park, with good commentary. Once at the park, told to get in line for 30 minutes, and board park shuttle to the first stop. Well, 1 1/2 hrs later of waiting, we finally boarded the shuttle, and then 30 minutes later, we were told by Paul to get off and re-board to return to our original location. It is now 1:30pm, and we only seen the park from the inside of a standing room only bus. We then headed to the upper road of the park, for a 20 minute photo op at a view point. Then it was time to leave the park. We were not given any free time to walk around park, or do a short hike (30 min) on one of the many trails. This was advertised as a 12hr+ tour, and we did 10 1/2 hrs door to door. Ive done other van tours to Zion, where we were dropped off by the van at Canyon View trail for a hike, and picked back up an hour later. Plus we did four different 5 minute view point photo ops. This tour by Sweet, was done mostly by looking out of the window of the SUV.

We did 2 trips with Sweet tours The Grand canyon national park and the Hoover Dam. Both tours were enjoyable and informative both Mr G and Melissa were very knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the fact that both tours were small groups and we were able to socialise with other tourists. Elaine and Peter.

Zion was beautiful! We drove all around the park. The guide, Paul, was very informative and great at communicating before trip regarding pick up time and location. Not a lot of time to hike.

My family of 4 adults were the only ones who signed up on the day of our tour so it turned out to basically be a private tour. The scheduled guide for the day was sick so we got a call from Linda in the office telling us they were getting us a new guide. After a brief delay, that was very well communicated by Linda, Paul ended up being our guide for the day. Great guy! We had an incredible day exploring Zion and Paul was very knowledgeable of the park and everything that we drove by on the way out and back. I highly recommend using SWEETours!

The variety of the sandstone rocks throughout the park was astounding. Our guide/driver Paul from Sweetours knew much more than the basics and had a wonderful way of sharing information. Lots of history and features about Zion. Very comfortable van and plenty of food and water provided. A well-spent day!

The trip was cancelled without any notice beforehand! Never experienced such a bad service. We were offered another trip to West Rim, but the busdriver spent a lot of time providing the Skywalk tickets, so the only thing we achieved during 3 hours there was to do the Skywalk. I can't recommend Viator or Sweetours after this experience

The vehicle we traveled in was not comfortable. The 3rd seat was cramped, my husband was sitting on a bar and it was difficult to get in and out of. More information on Zion would have been helpful. Our driver was very nice and did a good job. When I called Linda was very helpful.
