Our tour guide was named Wally. I think he may have fought on the losing side during the revolutionary war, but he is wonderful man, so knowledgeable and sweet. So patient with his kids on the bus. One the trip there, he was so good about telling us about the local landmarks & a little background about the whole area. I would love to come back someday and do another tour if I could be guaranteed that Wally would be our tour guild. He tried to warn everyone that time was our great enemy, and he was right. The only downside is that we didn't get to spend more time there, it was so beautiful, especial to a middle-aged Minnesota couple.

The tour was very well scheduled. We departed from Las Vegas and had a breakfast in an IHOP restaurant, then we passed by the Hoover Dam to take some pictures. After a couple of hours we reached the visitors’ center of the Grand Canyon and visited Eagle Point and Guano Point. The view was amazing. The bus driver was very kind.

Wally was top knotch. Great guide. Plenty of cool history and knowledge of the area. Gave us all the tips on how to get the most out of the day. Got a stop at the Hoover dam aswell. Would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting a day out of Vegas.

It was a great tour. There just wasn’t enough time. We were rushed. I realize that poor service on the part of IHOP is not the fault of the tour operator or guide. We were told we had about 20 minutes for breakfast. My food was delivered without pancakes, and I thought maybe they weren’t included and the text I received was incorrect. I ate the rest of my breakfast quickly, because I needed to also use the restroom. My pancakes were on the table when I came out. I was afraid the bus would leave without me, but I was still hungry. I skipped the syrup and shoveled a few forkfuls of pancakes into my mouth, then raced outside to the bus. I went to the skywalk line first, like we were told, and I would have done anyway. I did not go directly to the lunch line because I can’t take pictures while holding food. I did take my food to the next stop and eat with a beautiful view of the canyon. Then I walked along the rim, but had to turn back before I could see everything. I used the restroom back at the Visitor Center and went straight to the bus. No time to look around for a shirt. I enjoyed the tour, but I wish I’d gone with Pink Jeep instead.

If I could give 10 stars I would have! From start to finish Sweet tours were amazing. The communication was excellent. On the day, we had Wally as our driver and he couldn't have made the whole day more perfect. The amount of knowledge he gave us was fantastic - especially when we got to the Canyon - in Wally's words "time is your enemy - stay in front of the mob" So glad we did the Skywalk..... beyond amazing! And you get 6 photos for $35.... absolute no brainer. We got picked up at 6am, stopped at IHOP for a lush breakfast. On to the Hoover Dam for a photo opportunity. Then on to the Canyon. Eagle point is stunning....you can understand why the Hualapai believe it was meant to be for them. After the skywalk we went to Guano point for the BBQ lunch (delicious 😋) More stunning views of the Canyon before heading back to the bus. 12 hours just flew by. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sweet tours....thank you for making my Vegas trip amazing.

We took the West Rim Bus Tour with Wally. We had a great experience. Wally was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. The adventure is very well organised (pick-up, drop off, food). One little suggestion would be to provide a site map of the Canyon with itinerary of the shuttles between the different view points. We highly recommend this Tour.

I woke up late for the bus they communicated with my mom so I could still make it on the trip. They have really good customer service!

It was a very comfortable ride on the tour bus. Sights were amazing. My husband and I would have wanted a little more time at the canyon and would not have minded going back to the hotel later. The driver was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained with information on the bus ride to the canyon. I would definitely do the trip again and highly recommend it.
