Needs easier access in the app. Clearer directions. Too much verbal information. We quit after about 4 stops. The directions were not clear how to get to the next stop.

We never got the email for the tour! Please refund my money!! It looked like it would have been fun. The first thing that needs to be told to people booking it, is that it may take an hour to get the email. I wanted to go right away. I never did get the email.

Great way to see and learn all about the history of Toledo. Traveled there with in- laws and father in law didn't want to do lots of walking. Lots and lots of history facts and little historical side notes that made the tour unique. I highly recommend.
