We sat on a bench and listened to a tour on our phone. The bookstore depository was closed so for 100.00 we sat on a bench and listened to our phones. So stupid and embarrassing since our out of town guests wanted to do this tour so bad and expected to be able to see the inside of the depository and not take a tour on their phone.

I was in Dallas for the Eclipse and I didn't plan ahead and book the 6th Floor Museum (or any other tour) and so I ended up doing this. I'm so glad! It was very educational and gave me a good understanding of that very sad day. Easy to follow and nice to go at my own pace. About half of the stops had benches nearby for seating. I would recommend this for adults. I have a 14 and 11 year old and I think it was good I left them in the hotel as they don't have a grasp (yet) on this point in US history and I would have had to spend much of the tour explaining and providing cultural context to them. Perhaps 16+.

Don't book here, they are scammers. Even though we arrived at the place, it was impossible to take the tour due to a strong storm, it continued to rain for more than 6 hours. They took our money for a service they never provided. Viator said the refund had to be issued by the tour operator and the tour operator that it had to be Viator. Then they said no, due to refund policies. Obviously it is cancellation due to force majeure.

We enjoyed the self-guided walking tour. We stopped to take some pictures and lost the feed. It was quickly remedied by calling. The link was resent to us. So interesting.

Good audio tour with history. I didn't want to spend a lot but get all the information, and this was the way to go. You may feel odd standing on street listening but there were a bunch of people doing it.

Really good tour, easy to follow, great narration. It took us about an hour to do it. The guide includes photos, audio and video from the events, which is a game changer.

Great tour. I have taken many self-guided tours over the years, and this has been by far the best we have experienced. Easy to follow, with recommendations to eat around the area; the guide's video, images, and sound take you back to 1963. Great production. Make sure you read your booking confirmation on how to access the tour; we had to call the tour company for assistance. Also, remember your headphones.

For the price we paid, I was surprised the level of detail the tour provided. The story telling was fantastic. I also liked the flexibility to pause the tour whenever we wanted so we could walk around areas we wanted to explore on our own time.

We had Noone show up to help us. Waste of money. Very upset. We called the phone number and everything went to voice mail.
