Felt welcomed and well helped catered to by the crew. The live music player was a nice touch during lunch (the buffet was really good!), BUT, after lunch, it would have been nice to have a DJ playing a selection of top40 danceable music.

Better food is needed or at least as advertised. The food was so blah and nondescript and there was not the shrimp and crab advertised to be on the buffet. One can order additional food but looking at it on other tables, the quality was not there for us to order. The service was mediocre at best. The waiter was not interested and moved only when I persisted. The seats were dirty. The tea cup and some of the utensils were really not well cleaned. The only benefit was drinking the champaign and being on the boat is nice. That is why the rating is 2, not 1.

Great experience! We were entertaining out of town family and this was a hit! The views ftom the roof deck were absolutely beautiful, the brunch and mimosas were delicious. The crew and staff were above and beyond. We are locals and will definitely take another cruise in the future!

A very wonderful experience. The food was delicious! Great job behind the scenes chef. On this cruise they call you by table to get your meal. It avoids a long line. I like that. Shea was not our server but he rocked his table and ours and whoever else needed support. He is a true keeper. Loved his energy and overall positive vibe. Shea you made the difference for many. The staff are all available to help your group take pictures. Nice touch! My suggestion; City Cruise I would suggest professional photo opportunities to buy for the groups, families, couples, etc. We did that on another cruise for San Diego. It was a win. Thank you for the great variety of food choices and bottomless mimosas!...The best! Nice having parking right where we board. Very good! We would definitely City Cruise brunch again.
