Bus tour was so much fun. Would have enjoyed exploring more places. I would do that again. The stops were fun. Would have been nice to stop a few more spots. Loved the chance to take photos and try new things.

Our tour was called "Miami: Bus Tour South Beach Cruise & Little Havana". We understood that it would take a total of 3 - 3.5 hours. We left the tour office at 3.00 and were told they were dropping the South Beach part of the tour because there wouldn't be time. We then sat in a traffic jam in an open top bus (in a rainstorm, but we can't blame them for that) on the bridge from South Beach to the mainland. The guide explained that this was typical traffic for that time of day! Then through some boring skyscrapers to Little Havana which I'm sure is lively in the evenings but is just like any shopping area during the day. We were dropped at a gift shop (presumably the guide's cousin or similar) and encouraged to go to the bar next door for 45 minutes. Back on the bus to drive through several building sites until we get to the dock. It's now about 5.30 and getting dark, and we wouldn't get back to the dock until 7.30 and still needed the bus back to South Beach - it was just too late as we had plans for the evening so we aborted the cruise part of the trip, despite having paid for it. And all the time on the bus the guide repeatedly demanded a tip at the end of the tour "or his family wouldn't eat"!

Air conditioner on bus not working. Unable to do all pass by stops. Little Havana was the best stop.###############№№№###############$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$€$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

I understand it was Christmas Eve, but I've never seen a bigger three ring Circus of Confusion in my life. If you have small kids, don't do it. They have zero patience, and you need it! The boat tour was really the only thing I enjoyed.

The website advertised the tour was wheelchair accessible. We walked several blocks from our resort to the departure meeting place. I pushed my husband in the wheelchair there only to learn the bus apparatus for wheelchairs was broken. We did manage the tour but had several nice people on the bus who lifted my husband in the wheelchair onto the bus. He was again manually lifted onto the boat tour portion of the tour. He did miss the parts where one got off and on to see the sights. He was left sitting on the bus by himself! I thought all businesses are ADA compliant. No so in South Beach Miami.

Nice city view with good comments from tour guide! It added to the experience of learning about various culture centers in the city

I’m a truck driver and got stuck waiting for a load in Miami. Decided why not do a tour around! The tickets were affordable for the bus and boat. The bus was just so relaxing. There are no words. We stop in a small Cuban town and had Cuban food, drinks and a couple shots of real Cuban coffee! The best 🤌🏾. The boat ride was right after and that was even better. This was my first time doing either of these things but now I see why having $$ is a good thing! Being a Sagittarius I have to travel that’s how I fulfill my mission for the day.

The tour itself was wonderful. The tour company running it was horrible. I got so many text messages and emails with conflicting information about start/end times and start and end meeting spots, a phone number that did not connect to a human and a bullying incident at the main office... that it ruined the day. The tour route changed also, not leaving enough time in Little Havana- the most exciting part of the tour!

OK so the first issue we met at one ghetto location then transferred to another more ghetto location. We were instructed to be a half hour early so we were. But the bus was behind and we stood outside for 45 minutes waiting in 100 degrees weather They offered no water or restroom. The tour guide was terrible tried to make corny jokes and looked like a wet rat. We should get half the money back and last thing they dropped us off at a different location where we started. And said tour is over and I accept tips. 🤣🤣🤣 that wouldn't happen

Communication was zero on this trip, they were supposed to pick us up at our hotel on the bus, instead we had to call them and they sent a shuttle to pick us up only to take us to their office where they made us wait for almost yet another hour. The tour of south beach was ok, we went to Little Havana for a very very short time (I am assuming because they started so late because of incompetentance) at Little Havana we were guided to we are assuming one cigar store and one shop where they pushed you to try thimble size samples of Cuban coffee. From here they took everyone to the marina where we were all herded into apparently a restaurant of their choosing which wasn't what we would have chose, then we went to go pick up our tickets for a 90 minute boat excursion, they had all different times so we had to pick the next leaving boat which we had to wait almost an hour in the heat with no where to sit or get in the shade. To round it all off we took our boat tour which was cool and went out to get picked up by one of the businesses buses to take us back to our hotel where we started....and there was none after waiting, so we called and they said they were not coming back there that day even though we knew they were giving boat tours until 7:00 pm that evening which was several hours away so we had to pay the extra 60+ dollars and Uber back to our hotel. It should be noted that we had it in writing to pick us up at our hotel and return us to our hotel when everything is done for the day. Do not use these services unless you want to be stressed all day and out even more money.
