I have no idea how the tour was because I was not able to take it. The tour director or owner was very friendly on the phone and was willing to accommodate me however trip advisor was not.. My plane was cancelled the day I was supposed to take my trip and I understand there is a return policy but do to unforseen circumstances beyond my control I was not able to travel to New Orleans. I was willing to provide a copy of the Email cancelling my flight, however they would still not refund me. Other tout companies did. For these reasons I would not book another tour. I am very disappointed in the customer service and taking care of the company and getting their money comes ahead of taking care of the customer. They could have had a customer for life instead they have lost a customer and lost future customers because I will let all my family and friends know how they treated me.

Michelle is an awesome tour guide. She was very informative and friendly. We had a great time visiting murals, parks, and bars. It was so nice to be able to sit at the bar and talk to the locals and learn about New Orleans through them. I would definitely recommend doing this tour.

We had an amazing and informative time with Michelle. We started off at Lafayette Cemetery with an introduction to New Orleans burial customs and then a delightful walk thru the Lower Garden District, looking at the typical architecture and some movie star gazing thrown in for good measure. Then we got started with the food tour portion of the event, beginning with some Eggplant Napoleon (who knew Napoleon was a fan of eggplant?)- and some great local beers. Then off to Magazine Street for some gourmet hot dogs, and more cocktails. We had a great time learning about Michelle’s New Orleans. We were in town for Jazz Fest and exchanged many stories about our experiences. Then off to a cool coffee shop-bar-restaurant where we had some terrific beignets, cafe au lait and of course, more cocktails. After some great suggestions for some dive bars for local color, we parted ways with Michelle. We would highly recommend and would book with Michelle, any time, any place.

My husband and I did the Garden District Tour with Michelle and it was AWESOME! She is so knowledgeable about all things NOLA, having grown up here. She even went out of her way to tell us about other great spots around town for the rest of our stay. This tour was fantastic and the food/restaurants were perfect and just what we were looking for. Michelle does a great job tailoring the tour to your taste. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!

The Garden District food tour with Michelle from Bon Moment was very informative and enjoyable. Michelle not only knew lots about the food, she also passed on very interesting information on the local cemetery and many restaurants in New Orleans. We had various foods at several restaurants that showcased the varied flavors of New Orleans. Our group was 6 people- which was really a perfect size. The amount of walking wasn't excessive- and it was an easy route. I went on the tour with 3 friends and we all enjoyed the tour.

Michelle was personable and knowledgeable. She’s a local who knows the food scene. It was more than a tasting. We visited 3 places and had a great selection of local fare.

my two sisters and 11 year old daughter had a girls weekend in New Orleans and wanted to do something we had never done before in the area. I contacted Michelle and she was very clear and informative while we made plans. She gave options of her tours and provided info of other events we may be interested in in the area as wells We had a tour of the Garden District and it was so nice! We started with a Tour of the cemetery and walked a few blocks to Magazine Street. There we made 3 stops and had amazing food and drinks! Fun for us and my daughter! I would definitely recommend Michelle with Bob Moment!
