Really interesting to get a sense of the diversity and connections in New York. Our guide, Jim Quinn, was so knowledgeable and helpful and his commentary full of stories added to the enjoyment of the tour. He even went the extra mile and guided us to the subway at the end!

The tour was fabulous. It's an easy way to get out of Manhattan and get a taste of the other boroughs of New York. Especially great was our guide, Jorge. Not only was he very funny, but he gave us a lot of background information that you haven't read everywhere before. You can also do this tour a second time.

We were excited to find a tour that would provide an opportunity to see/experience more of NYC since we had only been to Manhattan in the past. This tour and our incredibly knowledgeable guide, Cara allowed us to learn a lot more about the other boroughs and the history of NYC. It was an excellent experience all around.

This trip was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle and a great way to see some areas of New York we would be unable to find or consider. A huge mention for our guide Chris L who was enthusiastic and informative. More over he handled the problems with the bus professionally and ensured we still enjoyed our day despite the problems beyond his control. Chris is a huge asset to your company. Unfortunately, the buses that are used are old and ours broke down in the Bronx. We had to walk 5 blocks to wait in a cafe for 1 hour 45 minutes for a new bus to arrive. This ‘new’ was of a similar age and condition. Whilst 50% of the group had to leave- I am pleased we stayed and completed the trip as it was our last day and we got to see some nice areas. Had the bus not broke down I probably would have scored this a 4 or 5 rating

This was a great tour with such a great tour guide. Jim Quinn made it so interesting with personal anecdotes and knowledge of the rich cultural history in all the ares visited. Jim and Wang drove us around with precise timings so that we all made the most of the 6 hours, with time off the bus to look around and to have lunch. I highly recommend this tour.
