Great customer service by Devana. She noticed I was struggling bc I my phone had almost no charge so she kindly offered to charge it and she saved our trip! Great customer service and great human being.

Excellent 3 story observation deck on the 100th-102nd floors of One World Trade Center which was constructed on the site of the former World Trade Center complex that suffered the horrific terrorist attack on 9/11. This is the tallest building in the US and in the Western Hemisphere and is the 7th tallest in the world. The 360-degree views of NYC including of Manhattan, the surrounding boroughs and of the New York Harbor are amazing. The ride up and down in the elevator is quite an experience in itself depicting the transformation of the city since its founding. Although it is all enclosed, the windows in the observatory are from floor to ceiling. Not as nostalgic as the Empire State Building and missing the adrenaline of being outside, but the views from One World Trade Center are probably the best in the city. We chose the more expensive timed entry skip the line tickets. As it turns out, this was unnecessary on a weekday morning in April when we visited as lines were short. They may be more useful during busier times such as weekends or at sunset. A visit here is not just enjoying some amazing views but it is quite moving as it is a celebration of the resilience of the city and country following the devastating attack that took place in 2001.

Looking out over New York and the rivers was fabulous. It was very clean, safe and inspiring. We would all do it again.

It was amazing and it was spectacular. It's easy to make a purchase and have the ticket access. The app will remind me about the importance of the event couple of days before.

I visited the observatory with a bunch of my good buddies. The view was nice and all, but it was Phillip that made our day!! His knowledge of all the buildings around and his humor was so refreshing. We truly enjoyed conversing with him. He helped us find every building/area we were looking out for. Nicest man. If all people in the world were like Phillip, the world would be a better place.

Just get the regular ticket!!! No need to skip the line!! Waste of extra money! You do not skip the line and you do not get any priority in lines or cues!! I paid for this and was just chucked in the regular line and told to wait then get in a packed lift! Overall I found the staff jaded and fairly rude to anyone trying to use a phone in the cinema entrance. The visuals were basic on the enter hall projection wall that you are all forced to stand in line to watch and be quiet!!! As she said Along with bad quality images and projections was a paired no descriptive audio sequence. It wasn’t impressive and felt dated and clunky! Ok so I rushed past the iPad people frantically dishing out iPads to tourists. Clunky again and slightly off with the vibe. Either way got to the main deck and enjoyed my views. Because it’s all behind glass most of the images are blurry and no use for any social media posts !!! Sticky windows and fighting for a place next to the same person doing selfies for 30 mins Anyway not sure it was worth the money at all and felt a bit anticlimactic Sorry

The process for getting to the observation deck was very well organised. Once at the top it was easy to walk around and not too crowded. There is a decent gift shop and good cafe. I didn’t really like the iPad which was given out for free as part of the visit

NYC-based cousin recommended this as the best views of the city. It did not disappoint. Visiting is mid-January it was quiet. It was great as the day we booked our original ticket there was zero visibility due to snow and they offered to rebook free of charge for another day. Leave about 45 minutes minimum - 1 hr to go around the Observatory.

TripAdvisor didn't have time updated: observation doesn't open till 10am... We end up walking around for an hour. The rest was excellent!

Views were probably amazing but way too many people and difficult to get to a window. Very warm, standing in long queues to do anything. People feeling faint. $6 for small bottle of water, no water fountains. Felt like a scam. Shame when the museum is so well done
