Please don't buy from them. They scammed us we still have tickets for the liberty cruise. We went yesterday around 3 45 for the 5 I clock cruise as they advertised on their page. As we went they refuse to board us and said there is no 5 o'clock .. We said What that's what you advertise they said oh we are not talking it today at 5 come tomorrow or some other day... we were like we are tourists we cannot... The guy just laugh and said "nothing can be done" and send us to dock 3. Where there were guy who is boarding everyone for cash.. After a while I saw same guy high five him and went away... So this is the scam they are Rude.. and cheater company. I habe asked them for refund but they haven't replied yet.. Please save your money and never ever book from them. I'm going to complaint to Better Business Bureau soon just waiting for the response from them.

We got a good view of the Statue of Liberty however when arriving at the meeting location nobody could tell us which boat we were to get on, we were sent back and forth multiple times, we also paid a higher price in order to choose to sit on level 2, 3 or on top and there was not even a option to sit on top.

The ferry itself was fine; unfortunately the way us passengers were treated beforehand was unacceptable. We were instructed to arrive 30mins prior and were forced to wait in 97 degree heat without shade although three gazebos were standing unused next to our queue. The queue consisted of children and elderly people who were suffering badly with the heat - we asked Phillip T to assist with a plan to use the shelter and were responded to with rudeness and absolutely no concern or respect. I recommend using another company to visit the statue.

Libert crusie staff was very unprofessional, they looked at my ticket and said that this is not the right cruise and asked me to go to dock number 3 but after i went back to dock 3 then there i was told that i need to go to dock 8 again. I kept on switching until i called the libert cruise number on my ticket, even the lady on the helpline was rude and couldn't give me the right details. Somehow i managed the crew to look at the ticket again and then they let me in and mentioned that this is what you get when you book through 3rd party websites like Viator instead of directly booking from the liberty crise website. I reached 30 mins before but because of this i was the last one to board the cruise with very less seats left. It was the worst cruise experience i have ever had. Even the cruise ahip was not in good condition. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Experience was commensurate with the price paid. Their employees great customer service made the experience better

The cruise was good..However…. Getting onto the boat was terrible.. We arrived 45 minutes early. Followed the full instructions on our ticket. The Employees at the pier did not know what they were doing: giving us and other customers wrong information, telling us we were at the wrong pier, sending us all to another pier then bringing us back to our original place and making us miss the boat and trying to enforce that we paid again! Not Great.

Boat wasn’t the same as in picture when booked. Fold up chairs was use through out boat and on upper deck. The cruises route was a straight route. You can see the complete tour sitting from the dock. From the dock to the Statue of Liberty was about a half mile in a straight line from the dock. And you couldn’t hear the tour guide announcers pointing out the attractions, and I paid $40 extra for premium seats.

This was a horrible experience. I should’ve read the reviews before booking the $84 for two people trip that I can’t get refunded for some miraculous reason. I showed up at 4:30 to dock the 5 PM sail, was on the boat for 45 minutes before they couldn’t figure out how to get the boat Off the dock. As they asked us to exit the boat, they said to contact customer service for a refund which I am still waiting for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Remote location and not able to get a cab easily - nypd gave us a lift as said area not safe we were walking through. Meant to have tour at 4 so got an Uber there to be told it was 4.30 - but said 4pm on our ticket. It was raining heavily and staff wouldn’t let us get on the boat any earlier. I wouldn’t recommend.

I prefer the boat tours anyway and if you want great shots, get the last ferry at 4pm….. i did ellis island yrs ago and it was a waste of money
