The history stories of the town were interesting and creepy. The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable. We did catch some voices on the ghost box which was cool. We had a really good time.

My tour guide was Courtney and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable after being so nervous about the walk. She knows a lot about the history and the ghosts and I enjoyed hearing her experiences with them. She helped me by talking me through my experience I had at the high school when I was flooded with emotions and the waves I was feeling through my body. Kudos to Courtney for being an awesome person and guide.

Very unique and engaging experience! Our guide Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and was passionate about the history and culture of Jerome. Courtney was also well spoken and very helpful when it came to answering any questions we had. I’d say the High School was definitely the best spot with the most supernatural interaction! Honestly the tour was worth it for the history alone. This is definitely an awesome experience for anyone interested in Jerome and its extensive past. Thank you again Courtney, you were fantastic!! Will definitely be back when we get the chance.

I was shocked at how bad this experience was since this was my 4th time on this tour. Diggy talked so fast it was hard to follow him, he also got frustrated with guest questions and if the ghosts tried to talk through the meters while he was talking. We were thankful Courtney was there to help. The weather played a huge part, we were only able to go to 2 places-which were extremely rushed. We were told we would get 50% discount which we have not yet seen. (honestly we should get a full refund) We took my sister and her husband on this tour for their birthdays and sadly it was a huge disappointment. I will try again, only if I can have Courtney as our guide.

Paid the same price for all 3 in our group and we were told to share the equipment so only 2 of the 3 could even try to speak to the ghost. Very rude young man at the introduction of the tour who said we should share equipment and that I was just unhappy. Very poor customer service. After paying for the 2 hour tour, it ended up being just a history lesson of the town which was interesting, but not a ghost tour. We were suppose to have time to try and communicate with the ghost but were rushed to the next place each time. When we got to the cemetery, he gave history of a few graves then said it’s time to go. We never even had the opportunity to turn on the equipment or to try to hear or speak with the spirits. A very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. It should be advertised as a town history lesson. Would not recommend and they should hire more friendly staff who actually enjoy people. It was obvious the employees were unhappy.
