Matt was an amazing tour guide. I was there for business and they were so nice to accommodate me at the last minute. It was the last day for the glacier cruise! An absolute must see. Matt was so knowledgeable and fun.

After reading a review that stated you could drive to all of these locations, I was skeptical to purchase the tour, but I’m glad we did! Our tour guide Matthew was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, stopping at all the breathtaking views that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. He helped us spot dall sheep & beluga whales. At the animal conservation, he knew where all the animals were hiding if they weren’t out and about. There is a time constraint due to needing to make the Portage Glacier boat, but if you arrive to the meeting point early/on time you will have plenty of time at the animal conservation center. We were able to spend a little over an hour there. Use the restroom before boarding the van, as there are no restrooms until you get to the animal conservation center. There is an opportunity for snacks and drink there as well, and when we went they even had a food truck. I would do this tour all over again. I definitely recommend it!

This was one of the best tours I have been on for a long time. Our guide was really knowledgeable about the area, local widelife, and the history of Tournagain Arm. We saw eagles and belugas on the drive. Lots of photo ops and breathtaking scenery. The animals at the Conservation were amazing. I especially loved hearing the wolves howl. Highly recommend this tour!

Wow. What a day! Started out drizzling and very cloudy so we almost canceled and so glad we didnt. We have taken many tours all over the country and Matt (Mathew) is the best tour guide we ever had! Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Alaska and very personable. We saws lots of animals and an ice berg up close. A very good tour and highly recommend it … ask for Matt. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide, Matt, was exceptionally friendly and engaging. He knew so much about the land, wildlife and history of Alaska. We learned a lot! It was interesting to hear his stories about life in this state. He made our tour both fun and educational. The size of our tour allowed this to be a personalized and engaging experience.
