He showed us all the famous and the hidden spots and had great knowledge of the places we saw and a fun story to share about everything. He also was super kind and helpful in preparing the rest of our stay. We‘ll definitely book NYIC Tours him again if we ever make it back to this great city.

The tour was terrible. My family of 4 went on the bus tour. The driver never stopped, never told us where we were going, never offered to stop anywhere and just drove us around for an hour. We had no idea where we were or what we were seeing. I contacted the company for a refund and I was only given a partial refund, when I should have been given a full refund because we really didn't get the tour. I would not recommend booking through this site or the bus company at all.
