Actually we used the Talixo booking through Booking.com for both the pick-up and return LGA /NY City. There were 6 of us and the large SUV which picked us up and a different one that returned us were both on time, clean ,with professional drivers. It certainly beat having to take two taxis. Paying in advance also meant that one didn't care which route the SUVs took to get to and from the City. First went over the 59th street bridge, the one back the Triboro, due to traffic during rush hour. It was the first time we had used Talixo and we will certainly keep it in mind for future bookings particularly in the UK which we visit a couple of times/year.

Mal servicio. Teníamos contratada una recogida en el hotel Hyatt hasta el JFK. Nos indica que está de camino a las 16h (la recogida estaba programada para las 17.40) con lo que regresamos al hotel a preparar todo. A las 17 todavía no había llegado al hotel. Llamamos al número de contacto que nos facilitaron en la agencia y nos dice el conductor que tarda 10 minutos. A las 17.30 un nuevo aviso nos indica que el taxista ya ha llegado y está esperando, lo cual no es cierto. Finalmente, aparece a las 17.45h. El taxi llevaba una música K-Pop altísima, y el conductor se pasó todo el viaje hablando por teléfono. Llegamos al aeropuerto al límite del embarque. No repetiremos.

Tout simplement des voleurs. Nous avons réservé un taxi, la confirmation de réservation précisait qu'il était possible d'annuler le taxi gratuitement jusqu'à 3h avant le pick-up time. Nous avons annulé à 9h00 pour un pick-up time prévu à 12h soit bel et bien 3h avant, preuve avec la confirmation de l'annulation reçu par mail. Malgré les preuves envoyées, Talixo refuse de nous rembourser comme convenu. C'est tout simplement du vol.
