Learned lots of Savannah history. Less pretentious than Bonaventure. Next door is the African American cemetary at Laurel Grove South - beautiful.

Paschal was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. The cemetery is not the most visited but it is worth it

We were super excited to see our guide was Paschal Miller with Shannon Scott Tours. The cemetery is beautifully set among the moss-covered trees and all though not as ornate as most of the site in Bonaventure, this tour is not to be missed. Paschal is passionate about his birth town and his education lends more insight than someone that just moved to the area and did a little reading and hearsay. There were only one other couple and a jogger in the entire cemetery which makes the tour even more enjoyable.

Jessica is very knowledgeable and provided an excellent 2 hour tour! Would definitely recommend this tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a great deal of information regarding the history and development of Laurel Grove. We found this to be one of the best tours we took during our vacation. Wish we would have had her as our guide at Bonaventure. Thanks for a wonderful morning!

When I was at Bonaventure Jessica recommended I checkout Laurel Grove. We arranged a tour of the cemetery. It is the same age as Bonaventure but has a much older feel. Jessica did a great job explaining everything, and mentioned that this place is not really well known. There are some beautiful statues and headstones, it's a shame more people don't get out there One thing about solo traveling to this place I did have to buy two tickets to go by myself. It was however functionally a private tour for a great price.

Good visit to Laurel Cemetery! Beautiful grounds and knowledgeable guide Jessica! It was a tad long on a hot day but Jessica was full of fascinating historical knowledge.
