I posted a previous negative review of our private tour from Seward to Anchorage, but the GM of the company reached out to our party immediately in several personal and heartfelt emails, wanting to discuss and pass on our complaints (without firing the driver), improve service, safety and guest satisfaction, doing everything he could to make it up to us. When a company has management so completely dedicated to guest satisfaction, I felt I had to amed my review (from a one-star, to four-star, based on GM Stephen Sommerfeld's handling of the situation alone). The majority of their other customers rave about the trips, so maybe we just caught an off day. I would definitely give them another chance if we are ever in Alaska again.

This tour is a great option if you have a late flight out of Anchorage after a cruise. Our awesome guide Mike picked us up at the Seward cruise terminal, & we spent the next 9 or so hours seeing some great sights & learning a lot about Alaska. You can specify what you want to see, but we left it up to Mike. Besides the aquarium in Seward & the cool wildlife center, Mike would pull off the road at various times to show us something interesting…a lake with a ton of different types of birds, a glacial river bed with amazing views, even a moose & black bear he spotted along the way. We had lunch at the top of Alyeska ski resort, via their tram, more fantastic views. Mike is passionate about Alaska & it was evident in the interesting stories he told. He dropped us off at the Anchorage airport after a great day of experiencing things we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend!

What a way to get from the Cruise to Anchorage. Very presonnel, guides know the area and we got to see so much and talk along the way. Be sure to do the additional stops.

Instead of booking a tour transfer through our cruise company, we opted for a private transfer and tour. This was the perfect, relaxing way to end our cruise. No buses...just four of us in a van. We made a few stops a long the way and enjoyed the scenery from the van.

We were a group of four that very much enjoyed the drive from Seward to Anchorage. Our driver/tour guide was Brad. Brad was prompt, pleasant, and enthusiastic about all that the area had to offer. He made some great suggestions about where to stop and where to have lunch. Thank you Brad!

If you have a late flight from Anchorage after disembarkation in Seward then this is a great tour for multiple people. Pickup at the cruise terminal was prompt and the tour can be customized as the group desires. In our case we went to the Wildlife Conservation Center, Aleyska Resort and Tram, along with a stop at various spots along the way to see Salmon jumping in a stream, scenic overlooks, Earthquake Park, etc. Many of us felt that this was one of the best tours on a twelve day northbound and it sure beats sitting around the airport most of the day. cruise from Vancouver.

Since we could not check into our accommodations in Anchorage until late afternoon, we were pleased to find this tour. We saw glaciers, went to a wildlife sanctuary, and got a ton of interesting information (and many corny jokes) from our guide. The small bus that carried us was very comfortable.

We were a multi generational group on this wonderful excursion. Communication with the office was great. Bradley our guide is a gem. He quickly understood what would work best for our group of 11 people (ages 6 - 65). Brad's knowledge and explanations are detailed and educational. His love of plants, animals, fish, flowers, glaciers and the environment is contagious. He stopped many times along the way for group pictures. We saw salmon and terns,. Several times Brad pointed out eagles. We visited both the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and the Alyeska Tram. We were comfortable in the van and the luggage fit well in the trailer. As an added bonus we got a tour of the seaplanes near the airport in Anchorage. We can't wait to return in the winter and go see the northern lights with Brad.
