Great service and a pleasant experience! Learned a lot about coco cola. We will be back when we re visit the city of Atlanta!

I thought the Coca Cola museum was only fair. I think they need to regroup and redo this museum maybe have different rooms for each decade with all the signs and ads and equipment and products for that decade. For many of the pictures and explanations you could only read them as you were walking to them once at them the writing disappeared. Very frustrating especially with crowds. Most of the time was spent listening to a speaker or watching a movie. The “smelling” area needs to be redone couldn’t smell much of anything.

What a fun place! Lots of history about Coke, you can make your own flavor, and there are many different flavors from all over the world that you can taste. The gift shop is super fun and pretty reasonably priced . If you buy over a certain amount (I think it was $75) they’ll ship it for free !!

Overall we thought it was fun and informative. I really enjoyed tasting the different Coca Cola products from around the world but I’m not sure it’s worth the money.

The person there did not allow us to skip the line so we left and requested a refund. I explained to him it’s my sons birthday and we came from Virginia 9 hours he said no a family that was there overheard us and allowed us to get in front of them and he stopped us

Get there early because it gets overcrowded, and it becomes a challenge to go through any of the areas inside. The scent room was fun, and the tasting room was interesting. The movie and the lab were not interesting at all. The tasting room was fun but was so crowded that it was a challenge to get to any of the soda fountains and your shoes will stick to the floor from the spilled soda. It was overpriced and not worth the time or money in our opinion.

Waste of time and money! The web site does not tell you all the details that you need to know: - they do not have dedicated parking. You have to use Hilton or Hyatt’s parking. Apparently early in the day it is $20 and sometime after noon it is $30 -tickets could only be purchased on line. If you had not done that, which the web site doesn’t make clear that it must be done, then you scan a QR code to purchase them. Even that site was not easy to negotiate. - they do not allow for or encourage social distancing. They want everyone to crowd together. Didn’t appreciate that. - signage was not clear on how to negotiate the building. It is not clear hat the only exit our is at the back of the Tasting Room. - the Tasting Room does not have any Coke that is made for other countries.. it has all non cola flavors. There is not an organized way to do it besides push and shove your way to each station along sticky flops -restrooms are not easy to find or some are not easy to get to due to lines for an attraction. So if you thought you would be tasting the Coca Cola that is made in and for other countries you will not be able to.

Lines were long and on-line ticket options were sold out by 3:00. Eventually got in with 90 minutes to go, which was the way to do it since it would have been packed earlier. Only one ticket taker who could not apply a AAA discount (really?) which was not working on-line. Exhibits were short on content. Artifacts were decent, but the 3D movie was stupid, the “lab” was a bunch of iPads with ideas for new flavors, and charging an extra $5 for a souvenir cup to try Freestyle machine like you can get anywhere was ridiculous. And no bottling demo. Way over-hyped: skip this attraction.
