The tour begins and ends next to the NCP Car Park in Manchester, conveniently located near Piccadilly Train Station. Please note that admission to Conwy Castle is included from 1st April 2023 onwards. Before this date, it is an optional visit. Very very nice guide (Rob). The stops were amazing. Thanks for the great experience 🥰. We were able to wander around as we pleased during the stops and during the drive our guide gave us interesting stories and facts about the local and national history. Cheers!

Great trip! Rob, our guide, was very knowledgeable & told interesting stories. I particularly liked the way he included music from the area along the journey. Just the right amount of time at each stop to wander and explore.

The castle and Chester were amazing, especially with the wonderful weather that day. Snowdonia was also wonderful with distinctive scenery. Shara was a fabulous guide, the full entertainment package. Her experience in drama really brought another dimension to our trip. A good level of information presented in a way that we could all pay attention to and remember. Excellent advice on where to eat and what to try. Some beautiful music was played although some was not to my personal taste.

Went on the Snowdonia & Chester Day Tour from Manchester. Stunning views and Chester was a real gem. Guide was knowledgeable and funny. Only downside was the bus was a bit cramped. Still, a top-notch way to spend a day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a break from the city.

Took this tour 3/9. Fabulous day trip from Manchester. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Wales. His commentary on Chester and Manchester was also very good. Comfortable, clean coach and the timings were just right!

A wonderful day, loved all the stops and the guide and trained were both very nice and helpful. Chester had not been on my list of places to go but I loved it, especially the cathedral.

In one word: Wow. In many words: I scheduled this trip with some Hesitation, my first time on such a solo trip, with a some broken English, and mediocre orientation. So I was a bit afraid but I went for it! And I'm so happy that I did! Early in the morning the group met with Chris exactly at the exact place they instructed us to come to (Google Maps directed me, and also good people helped me easily when the app didn't work). Chris was waiting by the minibus with a big smile when I arrived! He was kind and full of- positive energy, love for people, history, imagination and travel. Chris has excellent abilities in forming a group and a wide knowledge that left us speechless. The trip itself was a pleasure - we had the option to travel separately when parked or join each other as a group, while the meeting point was clear and we were assured that no one would be left behind. I learned so much on this trip. Chris gave his heart and soul and although he seems to be just recovering from a slight cold, he hasn't deprived us of any small piece of information accompanied by his radiophonic voice and infectious laugh This trip was full of knowledge, brilliant stories, laughter and music. it was suited to singles, couples, adults or young people and a wide range of character types. From the shyest to the star of the trip - everyone felt relaxed and comfy. it's a wonderful trip, but above all - it is an extraordinary guide. Highly recommend with lots of love! This is a great day trip from Manchester if you want to visit northern Wales. Our driver (Chris) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas being passed or visited on the trip. Really enjoyed driving thru the English/Welsh countryside. Conwy Castle is in a picturesque area (but beware, the sea gulls will take the food right out of your hand). Driving through Snowdonia was beautiful. The mountain lakes were very blue and we saw lots of sheep and a few goats. Betws y Coed is very cute - the train station is pretty. Walking along the castle walls in Chester was fun - lots of shops and architecture to learn about. Chris was a great story teller about Welsh and English folklore and history and he played good music. It was nice to just sit back and relax on this mini road trip.
