I planned my 60th Birthday event on the Signature Brunch Cruise almost 4 months in advance of my birthday, only to have them cancel it 2 weeks before the date. This left me having to scramble to find an event space for my 40 plus guest at the very last minute. I had to pay out additional money to secure a space, along with several other unexpected cost. When City Experiences took my deposit in November & the remaining balance in January they knew at that time there wasn't a ship available, I was told it was promised to be ready by then. It's very poor & unacceptable customer service and leaves for a horrible customer experience! I was basically told "Sorry, Not Sorry", here's your refund!

Food was great. Music was great and the Staff wS so friendly. I had the nicest waitress. I made a mistake and booked the wrong dinner cruise date but viator was able to switch h to a lunch cruise that was available while I was in town and I was so grateful...

A lovely time! Food was great and staff was very attentive. I brought my grandmother who was in a wheelchair, but forgot to mark it during the booking. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Loved the narrated tour of the naval base. Will absolutely be back!

The boat is really run down now. The food was TERRIBLE. There wasn’t half of what the brunch list started online. It was not good- and we paid almost $200!!!
