Way overpriced for the experience. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. Bathrooms ran out of toliet paper. Think we should have paid half of what we paid.

Oh, where do I start with my dissatisfaction? First off if I could give this experience no stars I would. The only real positive was there was an open bar. My experience was with a tour (which the tour agency was made fully aware of my scathing dissatisfaction). There were about 23 of us. We boarded the boat between 6:30-6:45 pm. As we were directed to the two tables that were reserved one was looking out the windows while the other was looking at a white wall (was this table an afterthought or is there where they stick the tour people?). This table was also in the middle of the boat so not only did we have the white wall as our view but above us where the white beams and no windows (I wish I would have taken pictures of the table and its proximity to the white wall). Our table could see into the galley where waitstaff gathered their items. Definitely an afterthought to squeeze another 10 people in. Since my husband and I were the last to be seated guess what table we were stuck with? Technically the table we were at should have been for 8 seats, but they had 10 chairs packed in. I can tell you the chairs were touching, and you could not move them. We had to ask the waitress to add small table so we could have some space. Had they not brought the extra table I can tell you that literally none of us would have been able to sit down (or crawling over chairs to sit down) and if we did then we would not be able to move our arms and hands to eat our food. That's how crammed in we were. Though our waitress was friendly enough it took her a lot of time to get our drinks. We just ended up getting our own drinks. Not sure of when the boat pulled from the dock. I'm thinking around 7:00 7:15. Fireworks were scheduled for 9:09 pm. Dinner took forever! Rolls that were set out were stale. My roasted arugula and roasted peach salad had a tiny sliver of canned (?) roasted peach slice and my salad was drenched in dressing while my husband had 3 slices of peaches on his salad. I must have received the guy across the table's share of the salad dressing on my salad because he didn't get any dressing on his salad. My husband liked his Salmon and I ordered he skirt steak (cooked fine but not crazy about the gravy on it which was served. obviously was my personal taste and not necessarily how it was prepared). Dinner finally arrived at 9:00. Yes 9:00 (fireworks at 9:09). Of course, we were one of the last tables to get served so people were already out on the small deck to get their spot to observe the fireworks. After wolfing down some of my meal (I ended up leaving some of it because the fireworks had already begun). When I got out onto the deck, I really could not see much because of the people standing in front of me (5 1' height here so guess what my view was like. Had to hold my phone up above people's heads) (you could not view the fireworks from the side of the boat because the boat's front was facing the fireworks). This boat I'm sure had its max of 200 people on it so imagine how many people were crammed on the deck! When the fireworks started, they were farther away than expected (pictures included). What a joke! For this dinner cruise to boast about the fireworks yet I have seen nicer and closer fireworks from my own back yard! Frustrated I went back inside and sat at my viewless table. Waitstaff had already taken my plate. Looking straight ahead I could see the fireworks from the table, but they were smaller than being out on deck and I had the panes of the window obstructing the view. The dessert table was a joke. No organization whatsoever! Imagine 200 people trying to get dessert from a small table. The dance floor was as big as a postage stamp. I did manage however, to get outside for a bit to walk around the boat (before dinner so I could at least get some daylight scenery since my view from my dinner seat was a white wall and before it became dark). Also wanted to add that from the outside the white wall our table had as a view houses what looked to be the air condition/heating unit for the boat. I don't know what the cost was since this was included as part of my tour but looking on TripAdvisor and see the price of $350+ is an absolute joke!
