Great experience. Hardly any wait time and the views of the skyline were outstanding (lucky to get a clear day).

Great views and a large 360° observation floor allowed us to see familiar landmarks. The tablet that was part of the combination ticket was not very useful. It was trying to point out landmarks so far away and so obscured by other buildings that we could not really see them well. Better to just look and marvel at the nearby sights. The floor has a complete gift shop. The clear view was spectacular.

It was a great experience going up in the lift to 102 to start with,it showed a virtual picture of newyork development through the yrs, queues were minimal and the views from up top were fantastic because the weather was great on my trip, information about newyork was well conveyed by an enthusiastic speaker ,who made it an enjoyable history lesson

Don’t pay the $10 for the ‘interactive I-pad. It isn’t and the info on the hi lighted buildings isn’t anything you didn’t already know. The cafe is cashless now, but no indication anywhere to say so. Staff more interested in taking photos of the stunning sunset than serving. Fantastic views watching BY darken by the minute and the sunset is brilliant.

Unfortunately we didn't go up due to it being zero visibility on our booked day. But thank you to One World Observatory for having the weather insurance. The staff are amazing when you enter in informing you of what your views would be like if you chose to go up, alternatively you can go to customer service and change your ticket. Due to coming from the UK and the day we booked the ticket we were unable to move our ticket to another day and they kindly refunded our ticket. Sad we didn't get to experience the observatory deck but we will definitely book again for our next visit to NYC. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful.

This isn't quite the name for the ticket, which was All-inclusive Day and Night ticket which totalled $70/£55 when I booked online. This was amazing value. You can enter anytime between 10 and 12:30 and again after 5pm (last entry 6.30pm, closes at 7pm. Once you are in, you take as long as you like. The elevator rides up and down are amazing, as are the audio visual in the sections before. You see the bedrock of the building (not Disney fake rock!) and the whole experience exceeded my expectations hugely. The ticket did seem expensive but the day and night clinched it. This ticket gives you the iPad to match up buildings and points of interest to what you are seeing and I found this super helpful. See the photo included. Taking photos upstairs, straight after the audio visual and before descending to the main observation deck allows you a clearer view, I would imagine it gets busy in peak time. I was there 8 January and it was quiet, everyone had space to look out easily. Put your phone against the glass for the best photos. This ticket has a $15 credit for the cafe, restaurant and shop. Yes I know it's the $15 you've spent, but this was the least extortionate gift shop I've encountered so far and it was nice to have. Some reviews have criticised this place for the café and I think they are basically missing the point. This is a breathtaking way to see the city. Check the weather beforehand if you have enough days. We had 40 mile visibility and it was breathtakingly spectacular. It's not everyone's cup of tea and for a family would be expensive. I didn't buy a City Pass so maybe it's included in that which would help. Some people there did look a bit bored, but I absolutely loved it. The whole place massively exceeded my expectations. Only downside, and it's not their issue, is that getting out of the Westfield complex is a nightmare. Signage is dreadful. Police officers were very helpful though.

The most fabulous view in the world, especially after 5pm. Best to go earlier and enjoy coffee and snacks in the cafe. In addition, it has a great restaurant with a view to die for, and a gift shop. You can stay all the time you want. If the visibility is limited, you will be alerted in the lobby, before you enter. You will be given the option of returning another day, no additional charge. The only place that I have experienced that option. Gives you the feeling that they care about your experience, instead of profit.
