Your Itinerary

Battery Park City

Take a 30-minute guided tour of Battery Park, and learn its unique history with a local guide. Located at the southern tip of Manhattan Island, the park has an interesting history and many monuments. Learn about the Battery Cannon, Battery Oval, Coast Guard Memorial, Bosque Fountain, and surrounding gardens. End at Castle Clinton, built in anticipation of the War of 1812 and the centerpiece of the revitalization efforts of the park.

Statue of Liberty

Your guide will then assist you through the various procedures to board the ferry to Liberty Island. Benefit from priority boarding and save precious time. Cross New York Harbor to the Statue of Liberty, where your ticket grants access to the pedestal and Pedestal Museum. Built by Gustave Eiffel, “Lady Liberty” was a gift to the United States from the people of France. Get exclusive access to the monument up to the Fort Wood section for a truly immersive experience on your own. Take a self-guided audio tour with the provided headsets, available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, and Arabic.

Ellis Island

Then, cross to Ellis Island to learn about the immigrant experience at the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. It is thought that at least 40 percent of all current US citizens can trace one or more of their ancestors to Ellis Island. Journey through the 60-plus years that the facility processed new arrivals at the start of their lives in America. Alternatively, upgrade to a fully-escorted tour and benefit from the services of an English-speaking guide at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Photo op in front of statue of liberty. Also enjoyed the museum and history provided by our guide. The ferry boat ride was great! Very efficient.

This experience was just ok. There is a tour guide that does a little bit of history and takes you to the entrance to the ferry. It is nice to have the help of you have not been here before but you could dod this in your own.

The tour guide is very knowledgeable, carry , take care all of us very well. Excellent! Thank you so much 😊

The tour guide was very soft spoken and didn't have any loud speaker. Everything seemed a little rushed. When we got to Liberty Island she just let us walk around on our own for 1 hour. This was not enough time to enjoy everything theres was there as well as I didn't know the tour i purchased did NOT include going inside the Statue of Liberty. When we got to Ellis Island she informed us we had 5 minutes, FIVE MINUTES, to look around then to board the boat to get to Ground Zero. Luckily i purchased a different tour for that, so my family and I diched the tour and explored the museum for 2.5 hours. (definitely wished we had more time here). Don't waste your money. There was practically no "GUIDE" in this tour.

False advertising! There was no such thing as Skip-the-line Statue of Liberty tour. There was no access to the pedestal. You basically go on your own without a guide to Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty Park. Called to request partial refund, but no one cared enough to call you back. Don't make the same mistake by booking this tour!

Our experience was horrible. The coordinator Caesar was not organized and was hard to distinguish who he even was. Nothing told us to look for a man with a yellow scarf?!?!?!?! Once we were able to get "checked in" and jump through the hoops to get on the ferry we rode out the the Statue of Liberty. Once on the island our guide tried to get us into the Pedestal when we ere all told that our tickets would not allow us entry. All 37 of us were denied entry by the park services for invalid tickets. What kind of business doesn't know who to even get a tour into the place they are touring. They all had no clue of how we were supposed to get in. They had QR coded tickets (3) out of 37 people, but even three of us couldn't get in. The whole tour broke apart at that time and were basically told to give ourselves the rest of the tour. We were not given any kind of tour at all for $140.00 we got a $50 ferry ride. I am requesting my money to be returned. DO not do this tour with this company. They are clueless. Tour guide was nice and apologetic, but again Caesar was totally incompetent at his task at hand.

So, if you plan in advance, you can buy tix straight from the statue cruise line for MUCH cheaper. Our battery park tour guide was great, but didn’t warrant the extra expense. There was a ticket mix-up and most of our group were given tickets much later than the time we booked. They remedied some, but we were delayed a bit. Not sure what happened with the rest of the group.

Everything you thought it would be..the ferry ride over ..the appoach..the Statue was like standing next to a giant...awesome.

A very interesting day trip. You can do ir quicker but take your time and linger. I found out that 1876 people of my name arrived at Ellis Island and were admitted to the USA.

Semplicemente un accompagnatrice. Non ci ha fornito alcuna notizia o informazione sul luogo dove ci ha portato. Ma avremmo trovato la stata anche da soli.. Ci aspettavamo un minimo di storia e notizie su Ellis island.
